Ophaallocaties en -tijden
Op Gatwick Airport houdt onze chauffeur bij de aankomstbarrières een bord vast met de naam van de passagier. Voor alle ophaaldiensten vanaf de luchthaven volgen we de vlucht en passen we de ophaaltijd aan op basis van de daadwerkelijke landingstijd van de vlucht. Dit zodat de chauffeur op het juiste tijdstip in de aankomsthal is. Gemiddelde tijd om door de douane te gaan en bagage op te halen op de luchthavens van Londen: (Dit is alleen ter indicatie) Binnenlandse vluchten: 15 minuten na de landingstijd van de vlucht. Europese vluchten: 45 minuten na de landingstijd van de vlucht. Internationale vluchten: 60 minuten na de landingstijd van de vlucht.

On time and sincere, would take again
Our driver Lukas was excellent. He brought us to our destination on time despite traffic delays as he chose a better route. Well done
Comfortable and clean vehicle. Plenty of room for 4 adults , 4 suitcases and carry ons. Driver was curteous and helpful.
The company was fantastic. They were very responsive and communicated very well and quickly. The driver, unfortunately, not so much. I don't know if he had a hearing issue or didn't speak English well. He reeked of smoke and his driving was terrible. I witnessed several almost accidents.
We had to wait 25 minutes for the driver. He was not apologetic and gave no explanation for being late. He then proceeded to run-walk where we had to catch up t him and ask him to slow down. We were trying to haul our luggage and were tired from a long flight. Then on drop off, we had to take out our own bags because he was rushing us out.

This is THE best transfer company we have ever used. This is my first time booking through Airport pick ups London and I will only be booking all my trips to the airport through this company now. We were provided with refreshments and chocolates and even had a nice sanitising station at the back. He even cleaned out the back of the cab when we stopped for a toilet break. They are a cut above the competition. The cars are comfortable and roomy and enough room for luggage also. Excellent professional drivers. 10/10.
