Our driver had a sign with my name. He loaded our bags, drove us to our destination and dropped us off. 5 stars
What should have been an hour drive turned into two harrowing hours as the driver took side streets, nearly colliding with a construction vehicle and two other cars. He spoke no English except for swear words at other drivers.
Wonderful, no stress. No worries. Driver very friendly, right on time. Picked up our luggage and he was there waiting for us. Pleasant drive to our hotel.

So glad we booked this. Was so tired after the long flight and we didn't have to worry about getting to our hotel.
I reserved driver the day before arriving. Driver communicated with me via WhatsApp and she met us on time. Car was clean and she was very polite. Overall a seamless enjoyable experience.
Driver was very friendly and helpful with bags and contacting us when we arrived at Gatwick. He kindly pointed out some sights to view on the drive and gave us some suggestions of places to visit on our stay.
