Je verkenningstocht begint bij de 13e-eeuwse Metekhi-kerk, van daaruit slinger je je een weg door smalle straatjes en slenter je langs de balkons met patronen en kleurrijke façades die zo kenmerkend zijn voor deze stad.

Rustaveli is de centrale laan met een lengte van 1500 meter. Langs de laan bevindt zich een groot aantal overheids-, openbare, culturele en zakelijke gebouwen.
De Brug van de Vrede is een voetgangersbrug en een van de beroemdste toeristische plekken in de stad. Het verbindt het district van de oude binnenstad van Tbilisi met Rike Park over een rivier. Deze brug is relatief jong, hij werd pas in 2010 voor publiek geopend.
zwavelbadhuizen met zijn koepelvormige daken en betegelde gevels zijn het visitekaartje van Tbilisi, waar de legende zegt dat Tbilisi werd geboren. De badhuizen bevinden zich onder het maaiveld met alleen bijenkorfachtige koepels zichtbaar aan de oppervlakte.

Dry Bridge is een buitengewone vlooienmarkt in het centrum van Tbilisi, perfect voor liefhebbers van oude en antieke dingen. Er is een enorm assortiment antiek, sieraden, oude boeken en andere kleine voorwerpen.
unieke klokkentoren met honderden tegels werd meteen een belangrijke architectonische attractie van Tbilisi. Elk uur komt er een engel naar buiten met een kleine hamer om de bel te luiden. Er is een klein poppentheater in de toren en twee keer per dag om 12.00 uur en om 19.00 uur kun je een show zien - "The Circle of Life".

Giga organized my pick up from the airport, my tour, my hotel drop off, and my pick up the next day. I paid him in advance of arriving, because I didn’t want to carry cash on me. I was a little worried about paying him in advance, but he had excellent reviews on TripAdvisor. It turns out, it was a good decision. He was very responsive through WhatsApp. He even arranged for me to pay extra to have a drone during my Diamond Bridge sky bike ride. After my plane ended up being delayed for almost a day, he was flexible with helping me reschedule everything at no additional charge. Even though I was late waking up on both the day of my tour and the day of my airport pick up (jet lag), my driver (Aka) was very patient with me. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Tbilisi.
We had an incredible experience with 11 Regions! We liaised with Giga who curated the tour and offered good advice on what was feasible. Georgia! The country has influences of Europe as well as West Asia. We toured the East, Central and North West of the country with Giga as our tour guide. He tried his best to cover as many places of interest as possible. Although sometimes weather played a spoilsport, we enjoyed every trip. The small but thoughtful inclusion by Giga was a visit to his home wine cellar and a sumptuous lunch with a Georgian family. These gave us an insight into the lives of the common people of the country. His descriptions, stories and myths behind every church, monument and structure were extensive and interesting. One more aspect I would like to highlight is that he tried to make us as comfortable as possible. Giga's guidance has made our trip to Georgia successful.
