Stingray City en Snorkeltour met lunch
Beschrijving
Deze tour is het beste van het beste! Het omvat twee snorkelstops (waarvan er één een schelpduik is tijdens het schelpseizoen, van 1 november tot en met 30 april), de Stingray City-zandbank voor interactie met de pijlstaartroggen, en een lunch met verse zeevruchten op het strand aan de overkant van de North Sound (in de buurt van Kaibo/Rumpoint). Onze bemanning duikt in het seizoen naar schelpdieren en u bent van harte welkom om hen te helpen. Ze zullen zelfs enkele schelpen opruimen, zodat elke gezinseenheid er één mee naar huis kan nemen (beperkt aanbod). De rest van het jaar heb je een extra snorkel- (of zeester-) stop in plaats van de schelpduik.

Ophaallocaties en -tijden
Houd er rekening mee dat elk hotel een andere ophaaltijd heeft. Er wordt een aparte e-mailbevestiging naar u verzonden met uw bijgewerkte vergader- / ophaalinstructies. Zorg ervoor dat u ons een nauwkeurig e-mailadres verstrekt. Selecteer het exacte hotel of appartement waar u zult verblijven, omdat we geen gasten van deze locaties mogen ophalen als u daar niet verblijft.

- Kinderen moeten bij een volwassene op schoot zitten

- Passagiers van cruiseschepen moeten de volgende informatie verstrekken op het moment van boeking: scheepsnaam, aanmeertijd, ontschepingstijd en tijd van opnieuw aan boord gaan.
- Gasten die overnachten dienen de volgende informatie te verstrekken tijdens het boeken: Naam van de accommodatie, kamer / unit nummer en als ze moeten worden opgehaald.
- Ontmoetingspunt voor cruisepassagiers: Ontmoet ons bij Capt. Marvin's Watersports check-in kantoor gelegen in het Waterfront Centre, 1/2 - 2 blokken LINKS van de cruiseterminal. Zorg dat je minstens 45 minuten voor de rondleiding aanwezig bent.
- Wij bieden gratis pick-up bij hotels / appartement langs Seven-Mile Beach gebied.
- Ontmoetingspunt voor gasten die niet opgehaald hoeven te worden: Ontmoet ons bij het hoofdkantoor van kapitein Marvin Watersports in de Cayman Falls Plaza, aan de overkant van het Westin Hotel op 7 mijl strand. Zorg dat je 30 minuten voor de rondleiding aanwezig bent.
- Deze tour vereist een minimum van 10 personen voor de reis te gaan.
- Kinderen moeten worden begeleid door een volwassene van 18 jaar en ouder.
- Babymaaltijden niet inbegrepen
- Inklapbare rolstoelen met afneembare wielen kunnen worden ondergebracht, mits de passagier wordt begeleid door iemand die hen kan helpen bij het in- en uitstappen.
- U dient minimaal 45 minuten voor aanvang van de tour in te checken.
- Erg belangrijk voor cruisegasten: In het onwaarschijnlijke geval dat uw schip aan de zuidkant van het eiland (Spotts) voor anker gaat in plaats van in George Town Harbour, zullen onze shuttlebussen er zijn om u op te halen, en onze chauffeurs in kastanjebruin of grijs gekleurd shirt zullen er zijn om u te ontmoeten. Na je tour zetten we je weer af in George Town waar je een lokale bus of taxi kunt vinden om terug te keren naar Spotts.

My wife and I took the Stingray and Lunch tour. There were only 9 of us on the boat and had an excellent crew assisting us. We stopped to snorkel and the crew dove down and collected some Conch. They made fresh ceviche for us all. It was great. The crew made sure we were all safe when we were in the water with the stingrays. Lunch was ok- nothing amazing. Overall I would recommend this tour

Weather wasn't exactly cooperating this trip. Our boat staff from the captain down to the photographer were awesome! The conch ceviche was a treat. Lunch was tasty and plentiful. Definitely recommend! A++++!

We had a wonderful time! The staff on board was great. They were knowledgeable, good spirited and a whole lot of fun. Each stop was memorable and the lunch was to die for!
Bunson and crew are the best! Highly recommend the lunch tour! You gotta eat anyways, right? We really enjoy not only the snorkeling, stingrays, but also the local Cayman style food served at lunch. Special shout out to Cody, we loved having him on board! We have done this tour several times and would not hesitate to do it again.
Absolutely worth the money and time. Mitchell and Kevin were great and made the whole trip enjoyable . It was like swimming in an aquarium, fish, stingrays and coral. The lunch on the beach took it over the top!!!
TLDR: Great experience! One of the highlights of our trip, even with being pushed to a different itinerary. Unfortunately the tour we booked (with Lunch) didn't have enough people sign up so the operator had to cancel. To be fair, it does say this in the booking details, so we weren't caught off guard, even if it was a bit inconvenient. They offered us the same tour on another day, but that didn't work with our schedule. Captain Marvin's then offered us basically the same tour, without the lunch stop, and a refund in the difference in price which we happily accepted. While we were bummed we didn't get to do our original tour, the replacement tour was fantastic. At the first snorkeling stop, we saw two large sea turtles who were so friendly. They would swim right up to the snorkelers in search of food. We also saw a huge sting ray cruising the bottom, a barracuda, and schools upon schools of tropical fish. The second stop was Stingray City which is not to be missed! Super friendly stingrays swim right up to you and brush against your legs as you stand in waist deep water. Brunson, our main guide, did a great job of walking us through what to expect and making a great time for everyone. We got to hold a ray, give it a kiss, get a "back massage", and feed them some squid. It was incredible! The third stop at Coral Gardens was a bit of a let down after the first two if I'm honest. Lots of really colorful fish and some really pretty coral heads, but not nearly the activity as at the first two stops. I think most folks were done early and we hoped back on board for the ride back. All in all a great trip and I highly suggest Captain Marvin's. They were all super friendly and fun to interact with during the voyage. Great group.
