Vriendelijk, verantwoordelijk en hoffelijk personeel dat onze klanten begeleidt en informeert over alle attenties die voor hen beschikbaar zijn. Dit omvat gratis verfrissingen aan boord, zeer aarzelende en vermakelijke gidsen, de mogelijkheid voor klanten om bezienswaardigheden te bekijken en te bladeren naar memorabilia, het verstrekken van spannende en historische informatie over locaties en de bestemming in het algemeen, en neigt naar eventuele speciale behoeften of vereisten die kunnen ontstaan en die binnen onze mogelijkheden liggen, terwijl we ze allemaal onder onze hoede hebben. We bieden bij gelegenheden ook verzamelobjecten aan, zoals overhemden, sleutelhangers, handbanken en een aantal andere items waaraan bezoekers ons kunnen herinneren. We begrijpen het concept van klanttevredenheid en zijn er daarom trots op niet alleen de informatie over onze producten te structureren; maar omvat ook in onze interacties de ondersteuning die nodig is om gedenkwaardige ervaringen te creëren, en de mogelijkheid voor onze bezoekers om onze prachtige eilanden en haar cultuur te leren kennen en waarderen.

Stingray City Sandbar beschikt over een gecontroleerde omgeving in de buurt van het rif waar bezoekers kunnen communiceren met de pijlstaartroggen en ander zeeleven. Het meest opvallende is dat het water bij de Stingray City Sandbar slechts 2 tot 5 voet diep is; veilig en plezierig voor kinderen en senioren. Dit terwijl u geniet van het water en het prachtige uitzicht op de oceaan, zowel onder als boven water. NB. Reistijd van haven naar eerste stop 1 uur (aangewezen voor site-seeing en briefing)

Ophaallocaties en -tijden
Reizigers die met cruiseschepen aankomen, kunnen de vertegenwoordiger van Frank's Water Sports gemakkelijk identificeren aan de hand van een lollybord in de haven. Reizigers die worden opgehaald bij hotel-/resortlocaties, kunnen de Frank's Water Sports Operator opzoeken in de lobby of ophaal- en afzetlocatie. Let op: de ophaaltijden kunnen variëren afhankelijk van de locatie en zullen worden gecommuniceerd.

Captain Santos, Frederick and Shavin were wonderful hosts. We had an infant with us so the covered cabin on the boat was perfect for the baby to nap while we sailed. At first we were all a bit nervous by the sting ray coming up to our feet so quickly and so many of them but eventually Shavin had them under control and was so gentle about letting us touch them and get comfortable. The snorkeling area was not much to see but a nice break for swimming. The final place for lunch was nice and private for us and the family was so kind that fed us but the food was just ok. All in all a lovely day.
I was extremely scared of them however they seem soft and gentle and kind I did not touch one the dinner was spectacular very authentic you can taste all the Caribbean spices it was just amazing so if you want something that's authentic then this is the tour for you.

This was a wonderful experience, the guides on the boat were extremely helpful aand would dive in the water to bring stingrays up for photos, the restaurant we went to had a great selection of local island food. I had the curry goat, rice and peas with plantain. Everything was super delicious. They ensured we got back to the port in time! Would definitely recommend this experience and company.

This was a wonderful excursion. We would highly recommend it. We went snorkeling and held stingrays at stingray city. The captain and crew were great. After the outing Kate picked us up and took us to her family restaurant for an authentic local food lunch. The food was delicious and the service was top notch. Lots of locals were there to eat . We would definitely choose this excursion again. It’s a smaller group so much more personal.

We had such a a great time! Since it was low season and not too many people, we ended up having the tour boat to ourselves! The lunch offered was delicious. The guides were very accommodating. The tour operator was very communicative and helpful! Tip: If you need to contact the tour operator, contact the operator through the local phone number that is provided to you after purchase, instead of contacting through Viator. Our messages were cut off by Viator, which led to information unintentionally not being communicated well through the Viator messaging platform.
