On time, correct location, courteous and friendly driver. I would recommend this Southhampton Cruise Ship Port to Heathrow driver service.

I would strongly recommend steering clear of this company if you’re actually looking for a “seamless” airport pickup or transfer experience. Unfortunately, I had to use them three separate times because all of the transfers were pre-booked and prepaid. While the individual drivers were generally pleasant, the company operates essentially as a third-party logistics provider, and they seem to have significant difficulty keeping up with their commitments. I was traveling internationally from the U.S., so I had to turn on my wireless plan each time I was scheduled for a transfer just to communicate with the company and driver due to lack of timeliness by the company and their team. Our airport pickup was probably the best experience of the three, but even then, the driver was late and seemed unsure about the designated pickup location, despite the location having been communicated to the company multiple times. The second transfer—from our London hotel to the cruise port—was also late. To make matters worse, our vehicle broke down on the highway on the way to the port. To give the company credit, they did eventually find a replacement driver, but we were left waiting on the side of a London highway for more than 90 minutes with two young children. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t improve after the cruise. Our scheduled pickup from the cruise port was at 9:30 a.m., and the driver arrived approximately 1 hour late. What was perhaps most frustrating was the lack of communication and accountability. When you have a problem, getting a response from the company is extremely difficult. Rather than proactively communicating or addressing negative feedback, you’re essentially left waiting and trying to figure things out yourself. The drivers themselves were fine, but the company’s logistics and communication were not. If you’re paying for a private airport or cruise transfer because you want reliability and peace of mind—especially when traveling with children—I would highly recommend finding another provider.

Easy transportation from airport to hotel. The driver was friendly and courteous. Much better than taking the tube.

Very friendly and efficient. Driver was on time and was very helpful with my elderly in-laws. Vehicle was very comfortable and clean.

Make sure you keep in contact with the driver. The cruise port is very crowded with cars and guests upon disembarkation.

The driver was right on time and let me know his arrival time. He helped with our luggage and got us to the airport in a timely manner. We are used this company from London to our cruise ship and then again from the ship to the airport. We would use the company again.

Timely pickup. Friendly, efficient service. Respectful of some fairly minor disabilities. Clean vehicle.

We asked for an eight passenger vehicle, but a 6-7 passenger van was used. We had to put two women in front seat with driver which was not comfortable for them.l with limited leg room. Our driver, Mercedes, though was very polite and on time, so that was nice.

This was the way to go to get off the boat and off to Heathrow. We timed it perfectly- set our pick up time a bit after everyone got off the boat so when driver arrived- there was no trouble finding our ride. The car was comfortable and the trip shorter than anticipated. Front door service to Terminal 2- very efficient and easy to book in advance.
