Dit wonder van het Nationaal Park mag je niet missen. Je zult genieten van landschappen die van een andere planeet lijken. Je ademt de zuivere lucht van de hoogste berg van Spanje in. Met zijn 3.718m trekt deze enorme vulkaan reizigers van over de hele wereld aan. Je loopt tussen de vulkanische lava en je voelt je klein als je de indrukwekkende omgeving ziet die door UNESCO tot werelderfgoed is verklaard. Ze hebben een goed uitzicht op de omgeving, hoewel slechts een deel van de top te zien is. Als je geen zin hebt om met de kabelbaan naar boven te gaan, kun je het bezoek aan Roques de García voltooien.

We halen je op bij je halte van de bus en we beginnen de route naar het Teide National Park en maken een korte stop in de stad Vilaflor waar je een kopje koffie kunt drinken of wat je maar wilt, een klein stadje met een unieke charme , mede door de bevoorrechte ligging, genesteld in het hoogste deel van het eiland en omgeven door dennenbossen, op een steenworp afstand van de Teide, dus onderdeel van de hoogste gemeente van Spanje
Stop bij de Roques de García, een UNESCO-werelderfgoed, op deze plek zult u genieten van landschappen die van een andere planeet lijken, u zult de zuivere lucht van de hoogste top van Spanje inademen, u zult wandelen tussen de vulkanische lava en u zult voel je klein als je de prachtige omgeving ziet. De omgeving verkennen is een spektakel. Het landschap is overweldigend, waar je ook kijkt. Het is een indrukwekkende tocht vanwege het contrast dat het eiland ons biedt door zijn verschillende landschappen en kleuren. Las Cañadas del Teide vormen een gigantische caldera van ongeveer 17 km in diameter waarop de Pico del Teide zit, met 3.718 meter, de hoogste in Spanje en de op twee na hoogste vulkaan ter wereld. De sneeuw op de top vormt samen met de lavastromen die van de hellingen naar beneden stromen een unieke combinatie die je niet zal vervelen. Roques de Garcia en kabelbaan zijn een stop van 90 tot 120 minuten
Vervolgens komen we aan bij de kabelbaan, de hoogste in Spanje, waar je naar de top van de vulkaan kunt stijgen. De berg Teide, die wordt beschouwd als het meest emblematische natuurmonument van de Canarische archipel, is zonder twijfel een majestueuze plek en daarom een natuurwonder dat u niet snel zult vergeten. De klim naar de kabelbaan is optioneel en niet inbegrepen in de prijs van de excursie.

Ten slotte beëindigen we de tour en brengen we je terug naar je hotel door de stad Chio, begrensd door Alcalá in het kustgebied en in het noorden door de stad Tamaimo, behorend tot de gemeente Santiago del Teide.

Coach trip up to Teide National park and volcano. Tour guide Enrique with driver Miguel were amazing. Enrique was funny charming and knowledgeable and gave a nearly non stop guided tour for the whole trip, continually mixing from Spanish to Italian to English and sometimes even German. I think the best tour guide I have come across in a very long time. National park and volcano were quite literally like another planet, no wonder they tested the Mars rover there. The cable car up was good and at the top there was snow but it wasn’t that cold with the hot sunshine. Only needed a thin jumper. Stars of the day were Enrique with excellent driving from Miguel. Would highly recommend.
We were disappointed with this trip by false sales talks. We were supposed to pay the remaining travel balance in the bus unfortunately no card payment was possible because of this there was a delay for all passengers, sad. In the sales discussion at the port we were promised a German tour. This was then multilingual. After about 20 minutes I asked if there could be any information in German. Yes there was, we could get out if it doesn't suit us!!! Our conclusion great island with super bus driver and little information. MfG Karl.
Went on a tour of Tiede and Masca with my mother who is a little disabled (difficult to walk for her). We went with Laura (guide) and Jose (driver). The tour was fantastic. I really enjoyed every minute of the day. The value for money was fabulous. This tour made my holiday and my mum as well. Jose was an amazing driver and Laura a very well rounded tour guide with lost of interesting data about the island. They were very helpful for my mum as soon as they realized she couldn't easily manage all the walking at the stop offs. I found Laura to be kind and friendly and very helpful and Jose was funny and a skilled driver considering the winding mountain roads with only space for one vehicle and lots of oncoming traffic. I'm certainly glad I wasn't driving!
We had a wonderful day yesterday visiting Teide National Park and coastal towns. Our guide Hector Rodriguez was amazing, knowledgeable, interesting and caring of tourists. Driver Miguel was very safe and careful driving dangerous mountain road’s. It was a great trip for us! Steven and Irina
We had a wonderful experience on the Teide Park tour, thanks to our amazing guide, Laura. She explained everything clearly, shared so much interesting information, and was incredibly helpful throughout the day. Her pleasant and friendly nature made the entire tour even more enjoyable. The tour itself was fantastic. We started with a comfortable pickup by bus and made our way up to Teide National Park, with a brief stop in Vilaflor before exploring the stunning landscapes of the park. From there, we continued to the town of Icod, where we saw the impressive Drago Milenario — a true symbol of the Canary Islands. Our journey along the north coast took us to the charming town of Garachico, and later to the village of Masca, where the deep ravines and unique scenery were absolutely breathtaking. Finally, we made our way back to our hotel, feeling enriched by everything we had seen and learned. Laura’s guiding truly elevated the experience, and we are grateful for her knowledge, kindness, and professionalism. We highly recommend her to anyone considering this tour!
Today on a guided tour passing through Teide, Garachico, Masca... Beautiful landscapes that we traveled with great security, thanks to driver Julio.
