Een Night Skies Tenerife Star Safari is meer dan een sterrenkijktour - het is een naadloze reis van zonsondergang naar sterren. Reis per bus met airconditioning van Zuid-Tenerife naar het Nationaal Park Teide, waar vulkanische landschappen en oude verhalen zich onderweg ontvouwen. Geniet van een driegangen Canarisch diner met drankjes in Restaurante 7 Cañadas, gelegen op 2.130 meter in het hart van het park. Toast vervolgens op de zonsondergang boven de Wolkenzee met een glas cava (of sinaasappelsap), waarbij de Teide — de hoogste top van Spanje — boven de horizon uitsteekt. Als de duisternis valt, brengen uw Expert Starlight-gecertificeerde gidsen het universum in beeld met behulp van krachtige telescopen en laserpointers. Uw Sunset & Stargazing Safari begint met een comfortabele, geklimatiseerde touringcar pick-up van een van onze handige hotelverzamelpunten in Zuid-Tenerife. Kom tot rust en geniet van de reis terwijl onze Expert gidsen het Nationaal Park Teide tot leven brengen. Ontdek fascinerende vulkanische geschiedenis, unieke flora en fauna en oude legendes die in dit buitengewone landschap zijn verweven. Als UNESCO-werelderfgoed is het Nationaal Park Teide een van de meest iconische natuurwonderen van de Canarische Eilanden - en uw ervaring begint op het moment dat u aan boord stapt. Hoe laat is ophalen? De ophaaltijden variëren het hele jaar door. We bevestigen uw exacte tijd de dag voor uw tour (of op de ochtend van de tour voor vertrek op dinsdag).
Uw bestemming is Restaurante 7 Cañadas in La Orotava. Het ligt hoog in het hart van het Nationaal Park Teide op 2.130 meter boven de zeespiegel en is meer dan een restaurant - het is uw toegangspoort tot de sterren. Geniet van een heerlijk Canarisch diner met drankjes terwijl u geniet van een panoramisch uitzicht over uitgestrekte vulkanische vlaktes, gebeeldhouwde lavavelden en de dramatische contouren van het meest iconische landschap van Tenerife.
Na het diner begint de lucht aan zijn stille transformatie. Geniet van de romantiek van een zonsondergang boven de Wolkenzee. Hef een glas gekoelde cava (of sinaasappelsap) terwijl de lucht ontsteekt met kleur en de zon smelt in de schaduw van de berg Teide - de hoogste top van Spanje op 3.718 meter - zijn silhouet zowel krachtig als sereen tegen het vervagende licht.
Als de schemering dieper wordt, bereid je dan voor om verder te gaan dan het gewone en in het buitengewone te stappen. Onder enkele van de helderste nachtelijke hemelen op aarde nemen onze meertalige gidsen je mee op een sterrenkijk- en astrofotografiereis door ruimte en tijd. Met ongeëvenaarde kennis, warmte en humor verweven ze mythologie, wetenschap en geschiedenis in een meeslepende verhalenconstellatie. Leer de verhalen in sterren geschreven door beschavingen uit het verleden, traceer de kosmische krachten die ons universum vormen en leg adembenemende astrofotografiemomenten vast die een leven lang meegaan.

Gratis ophaal- en terugbrengservice wordt ALLEEN vanuit Zuid-Tenerife aangeboden. We zullen u op of voor de ochtend van uw tour berichten met uw exacte ophaaltijd en details. Als je op de dag van je tour GEEN WhatsApp-bericht ontvangt voor 12.00 uur, is er iets misgegaan — neem dan onmiddellijk contact met ons op zodat we je kunnen helpen. Als u in een ander gebied verblijft, stuur ons dan van tevoren een bericht zodat we een ontmoetingspunt kunnen regelen dat niet in de lijst staat. We zullen altijd ons best doen om aan uw verzoek te voldoen. Let op : De taal op de bus is ALLEEN ENGELS. Onze vertalers ontmoeten ons op locatie en de belangrijkste sterrenkijkpresentatie kan in de door u geselecteerde taal worden geleverd. Maak je geen zorgen — je zult niets missen! Ze zullen je tijdens de busreis bijpraten over alles wat de Engelse Gids vermeldt.

Booked with night skies . Coach clean and comfy . Kieran was our rep made our trip interesting learned loads of things off him and had a good sense of humour.
great experience. Kieran and Bibi were absolutely incredible in taking us around and describing every step of the way like 2 pros. the Star Gazing was wonderful, we had a small hiccup with a massive group being on the same spot as ours, but they promptly resolved that. Highly recommended
Great experience, knowledgeable and friendly guides, dinner seemed a bit chaotic but everyone was fed and seemed to enjoy it. We went during a full moon and it was really light which stopped us seeing as many stars and the Milky Way were nich was behind it so missed that too. Regardless, good value for money and would definitely recommend.
Despite the cloud cover it was an amazing experience. Teide and the surrounding area was spectacular. To view the moon and Venus was breathtaking. The guides, the food and everything in between was spot on. Worth every penny.
Craig greeted us on to the coach from pick and stayed with us all until arrival up the mountain. Along the way Craig gave a well informed tour guide with a lot of interesting facts about the scenery from a volcanic perspective. When we arrived to the restaurant, a glass of cava was handed to us as we walked in, we were in a two and had to share as a table of four which we didn’t mind at all as the couple we were paired with was lovely and chatty too. We had soup to start (a close to minestrone), chicken and potatoes for main (this wasn’t the nicest) and a little icecream tub for dessert. We had complimentary wine and soft drinks with this also (red wine on our table, was nice). Once all finished we were all guided outside as the sun was setting where Craig and team took photos of each couple/family etc with sun setting behind us. They offer puffer jackets but there isn’t enough for everyone so take enough layers/coat where possible. By time the sun was down and it got dark, we all gathered by 4 big telescopes where Kieran gave us all an astronomy tour of the night sky using a super strong lazer pen and many facts/info about the stars/planets. We had two opportunities to look through the telescopes at specific stars the team and aligned all four scopes to the same points in the night sky. They also aimed the scoped at the moon and offered everyone to take our mobiles one at a time and capture phenomenal images of the moon via the scopes to our phone cameras which was super cool because I didn’t know this could be done! Lastly they have amazing cameras of their own that they offer to take your family pic together of you with the full night sky behind you then the next day send all links and photos via which ever medium you initially communicated by. Can’t recommend this experience enough, feels almost once in a lifetime! Thank you Kerian and team, a very special experience especially being above the clouds. A clear night guaranteed every single time.
Amazing experience, brilliant tour guides, the views of the moon via telescope was incredible, WOW. the route to top of Teide it's breath taking, different landscape, driving thru the clouds just wow wow wow. Lovely food at the restaurant, you getting few drinks in price, 3 course meal-delicious. The sunset at the Teide it's magical. You hear the story about tenerife and vulcanouns onyoir way up, then explanation about the stars etc. It's just amazing experience and 100% worth the money and highly recommend as one of the must do in tenerife or you would regret
Absolutely incredible experience. Managed to get this trip for €70pp for 5 of us, and oh man, it was worth every single cent. From start to finish the staff were utterly incredible, super knowledgeable and friendly. Guy on the coach was marvelous, was happy to chat about absolutely anything we had to ask, couldn't ask for a better guide Coach is long from Costa adeje, but really worth it with the amazing views. Would recommend to absolutely anyone visiting tenerife
More impressive than expected. Top organized tour with incredible guides sharing lot of information about the stars and the universe. Nice meal before watching sunset and Teide. Libby was an excellent driver sharing many details about Tenerife during the ride
Caig, Keiran and team made us welcome. The experience was a first for us and from the ride through the national park, watching the sunset and it's many amazing hues to seeing the stars come out was magical. The tour was professional, humour and facts in abundance. Fully recommend
The stargazing was amazing definitely wear comfy shoes and warm clothes the sunsets are out of this world the only down fall was the 2 hours on a coach each way and not returning to the hotel till 1:30 am
