Ontdek het meest emblematische monument van Al-Andalus tijdens een rondleiding door de buitengewone moskee-kathedraal van Córdoba. Onze gidsen nemen je mee terug naar de tijd dat Spanje en het Iberisch schiereiland werden geregeerd door het Umayyad-kalifaat en leren over de geschiedenis van het monument met de hulp van een geautoriseerde tolk van het monumentale complex Moskee-Kathedraal. Wandel door het prachtige bos met eeuwenoude marmeren, granieten en jaspiskolommen. Krijg uitleg over de verschillende delen van het gebouw, van typische kenmerken in Umayyad-stijl tot latere gotische, renaissance- en barokke toevoegingen. Hoor hoe de macht in de loop van de tijd veranderde en ontdek hoe de moskee een katholieke kathedraal werd na de verovering van Córdoba door Ferdinand III in de 13e eeuw. Zodra het bezoek met je gids voorbij is, kun je in de tempel blijven om de foto's te maken die je altijd zullen herinneren aan de ervaring die je had.
