Bezoek de belangrijkste monumenten van Córdoba tijdens een 2,5 uur durende rondleiding om meer te weten te komen over de christelijke, islamitische en joodse invloed in de stad. Sla de lange wachtrijen voor de 8e-eeuwse Moskee-kathedraal van Córdoba over en bewonder het bos van zuilen en dubbele bogen. Bewonder de mihrab (apsis) van de voormalige moskee en maak vervolgens een wandeling door de Joodse wijk om de synagoge, Arabische markt en het bronzen standbeeld van de middeleeuwse Sefardische filosoof Maimonides te zien. We had a great tour of the very unique Mosque/Cathedral and Jewish Quarter in Cordoba. You will never see a building like this one! Jose was great, very animated and informative. He even gave us a great tapas restaurant to try for dinner on the river, it was fantastic!

Both my friend and I found the tour incredibly informative thanks to our amazing guide, Azara. She kept us engaged with endless interesting facts, made the two hours fly by, and was always happy to answer our questions! Visiting such extraordinary and historically rich places definitely deserves a great guide to truly appreciate them

I found the tour guide personable, but the information provided lacked depth, and unfortunately accuracy in many areas. Further, the substantive information provided about the Jewish quarter was overshadowed by his recommendations for food, restaurants, artisans and crafts and other activities in the area. If you want to learn about the Jewish quarter you’re better spending your money on the Sephardic museum and reading about the synagogue before visiting it. The mosque Cathedral was exceptional, but we could have learned more about the art and the culture rather than the structure.

This was a fantastic tour. It was organized, the headsets were great (had your own volume so you could adjust the sound). The guide was fantastic! Her English was great, and she was engaging and interesting. You spend an hour walking around the Jewish quarter - it was beautiful. Our guise kept us in the shade which was very helpful in 105 degree temps. We didn’t stay in any place too long, which was nice. It was informative and interesting. We had 15 minutes between the Jewish quarter (all outdoors) and before we entered the mosque/cathedral. We were able to grab a Starbucks iced coffee, use the restroom and sit for a bit. The guide went and picked up some additional tour guests and we went inside the mosque/cathedral. Women must cover their shoulders, men remove hats - as with most religious buildings in Spain. Men & boys could wear shorts and sandals were fine as well. The tour inside was lovely and then time at the end to explore on our own. This was one of the most organized and best led tours we have had. I cannot remember the guides name - but she was wonderful - knowledgeable, friendly and kind. She wore a Taylor Swift Eras T-shirt, which my teen girls loved. Really top notch tour.

Quite unsatisfactory and disappointing. The guide had a strong accent (expected) and low voice which was very hard to hear over the radio (poor quality radio) and comprehend. Monotonous. Failed to make this an interesting narrative.
