OMGGGGGGGGGG this party boat was lit ! The food was good - especially loved the rice . I celebrated my birthday here and they did not disappoint. My only complaint is to mix up the music with R&B, Pop, and pictures should be cheaper..Everyone was friendly. Definitely the biggest party boat Ive ever been on!
Maybe the experience is a hit or miss? Based on some of the reviews I was little nervous lol but we had a BALL! The whole process was smooth… pre pick up communication on point, staff friendly and accommodating, and then the actual boat part was VERY LIT! My vote is to book and just don’t have any expectations just in case but I can’t recommend enough!!! A great time was had!!!
DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY ⚠️ This was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Completely misleading, disorganised, and a total waste of money. We were put on the wrong boat and only found out at the very end when we questioned a promoter about this being Noah’s Ark — after being constantly pushed to buy extra food and drinks all day. • No pre-party at all — just standing around with crowds waiting for different boats while being harassed by vendors trying to sell souvenirs and cigars • No pre-arrival meal as advertised • Had to walk through water and get physically dragged onto the boat by staff • Music was NOT dancehall — just random hip hop playing off someone’s phone, cutting out constantly with ads playing mid-song via Youtube • Drinks were heavily watered down, yet they still charged $15 for a single shot • Hookah was $60, and when the coals needed changing, staff disappeared • Our boat had no atmosphere — we literally had to enjoy music from other boats at the natural pool • At the end, when we complained, they suddenly said food was included… and gave us stale rice, scraps of chicken and claiming the oven “wasn’t working” for pizza. No apology. No accountability. Just excuses. To top it off, they’ve refused a refund, which is honestly ridiculous given how far this was from what was advertised. Save your money and avoid this company at all costs. There are much better, properly organised options out there.

However, we do want to clarify a few important points for future guests reading this. We strongly encourage all guests to carefully review the full listing before booking. Our experience is not marketed as a dancehall-only party boat. While we do feature Dancehall and Amapiano music during check-in, once onboard, the DJ is required to cater to a diverse international crowd. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that only one genre (such as dancehall or hip hop) will be played throughout the trip. Regarding the boats — we operate a fleet of multiple boats that all depart together and go to the same destination (the natural pool). Guests are assigned based on capacity for safety and organization, not based on different experiences. Every boat is part of the same event. Food is indeed included; however, it is freshly prepared and served at a designated time (around 2 PM). We clearly advise all guests to eat during that time, as the kitchen does not operate continuously throughout the day. Guests arriving later or choosing not to eat at the scheduled time may unfortunately miss the full meal service. As for boarding, due to the nature of the beach and sea conditions in Punta Cana, it is normal for guests to walk through shallow water to access the boats, and staff are there to assist for safety. We take concerns about service, music, and staff attentiveness seriously and will review your comments internally. That said, many of the issues mentioned stem from expectations that differ from what is clearly outlined in the experience description. We appreciate your feedback and will continue working to improve communication so guests fully understand what to expect before booking.
It is not what they advertised, there was no dancehall music there wasnt even a DJ on our boat. They parked up next to another boat and most people left ours and went to the other boat thst just shows it wasnt good. To be honest it seems like there was to many people so they just took another boat for the people who couldn't fit the first boat that left first. Every disappointing.

Worst experience in DR, no Jamaican music, the boat didn’t have no good music, we had to work with other boat music

While other guests participated and enjoyed this portion, your group chose to move away from the activity area, which unfortunately limited your experience. You were placed on the correct boat as shown in our listing. Our experience includes a live DJ who plays a mix of music as advertised, and while requests are welcome, we cannot guarantee one specific genre throughout. At the end of the excursion, your meals were provided. As your group did not collect food prior to departure, it was held for you and served upon return. All food is prepared fresh and served to guests who remain in the designated service area. Please note that vendors, hookah services, and purchases at the natural pool are operated by independent third parties and are not affiliated with our company. We always encourage guests to follow staff guidance and remain within the designated areas to fully enjoy the experience we provide.
We did not get any dancehall music,we didn't get any food and the boat had no ladder to climb on so you were dragged on by the men on the boat. All of this to find out we got sent on the wrong boat. This event was not very organised or directed properly.

Our experience includes a live DJ who plays a mix of music as advertised. While requests are welcome, we cannot guarantee one specific genre for the entire group. This boat adventure is for a younger generation not Seniors. It was not told that it would have over a hundred young adults on the boat. Also that you would have to walk in the water to get on the boat. They gave us a time for pickup and then called a half hour before and said we had to be down for pickup right now or we would be left. I'm 73 and it was too much so I did not go the boat after getting there it was not for Seniors. I would like to request a refund on this. Thank You Pamela Allen
Our original tour was cancelled by tour owner. We then received a note about booking alternative boat party. First issue, we continuely tried to determine the pickup time for tour. The only information we could get was to be there about 15 min prior to the 2:30 start time. On the day of boat tour I received the following message: "Hello good evening I'm the Noah ask driver the pick up time Will be at 1:40pm In the security gate please be on time". I called to ask why we were just getting notified of pickup time and he said they had just called him and told him to pick us up. We had to rush to try to get there on time. We then get to the place and the organization is absolutely horrible!! When we finally were ready to load the boat they told us we would get wet because we needed to wade in knee to waist high water to get on the boat. There is no where in the description that says we have to wade out in the ocean to get on this boat. We saw a couple of ladies being carried by men to the boat. We then also realized that the party Boat was for hip-hop party. We were a group of senior ladies, and although we enjoy a good party we did not expect a small boat with a lot of hip-hop participants. We spoke with a guy who said that he would put us on one of the other boats which was smaller than first boat. We than all 7 of us that we would not go on tour. We asked to speak with the guy that had told us he was the owner. We then found out he was the owner of the Green Boat not the boats being used for this tour. We were all disappointed with this experience. We expressed our concerns to him and he had attitude that "we should have known that it was hip-hop". He did not offer to refund some or all of our money. We asked to be transported back to our hotel, but had to wait for the driver to return before getting back to hotel. Very Very Bad Experience!! Poor communication Poor description of activity.
Booked “Punta Cana Noah’s Arc Party Boat with Open Bar” on Feb 21. This was NOT the boat advertised. We literally passed the advertised boat anchored elsewhere. “Open bar” was three 2-liter sodas and one type of rum for everyone. No DJ, no live entertainment, no dancer interaction — just music from a phone. Vendors were selling hookahs and food onboard. Pickup and return transportation were disorganized; we were left waiting in the rain and had to Uber back. This was not a VIP party experience. It was misleading and disappointing. Emailed a complaint hope for response.
