Terminal A: "Jetlag" cafetaria. - Zodra u uw bagage heeft en op weg bent naar buiten, neem dan contact met ons op, zodat we het voertuig naar u toe kunnen sturen. - Wij sturen u een foto van de bestuurder en het voertuig om u te helpen hen gemakkelijk te identificeren. - Inclusief vervoer: U wordt vervoerd in een privévoertuig met airconditioning (SUV, MiniVan of Sedan, afhankelijk van de groepsgrootte). - Deze service omvat alleen transfers naar hotels in de omgeving van Punta Cana. - Ziet u uw hotel niet? Absolutely — here’s a more natural, polished version that still sounds like a genuine guest review: Our driver was the best! Brandol was professional, attentive, and an amazing driver. His English is excellent, and we felt completely safe with him. We also had some great conversations along the way, which made the drive even more enjoyable. If you want your vacation to start with the best experience possible, you definitely won’t be disappointed with Brandol. The drive isn’t cheap, but neither is the level of service you receive — it’s absolutely worth it!

My wife and I are totally pleased with the service we received from Caribbean Airport Transfers!! We had the same driver (Loudy) to/from the airport and hotel. When we exited the baggage claim area he was standing there holding a sign with my name just as promised when I made the reservation a couple months ago. This is comforting when traveling to new destinations. He was professional, personable, on time, and safe. Thank you, Loudy! We will definitely book with your company again when we return to PUJ!
Overall great experience. Had hotel/airport transport round trip. The company kept us well informed, very professional and the vehicles were nice and well kept. My only knock was I asked on the way back to the airport for a 10 minute stop (they were 10 minutes early so it wasn’t going to effect our timing) at a souvenir store on the route back to the airport and they said no.
Brandon was a great driver when picking up from the airport. We requested him to pick us up and take back to the airport. Friendly and conversational. If we come back, we would request him and tell our friends to request him. The experience was great. Price was great. Length of stay was 4 nights. Celebrating our 36th anniversary.

From booking to pickup it was seamless. Great communication before we even flew. Even pickup from the resort was easy as well. Will book again when we travel to Punta Cana.
