Ophaallocaties en -tijden
Pick-up is inbegrepen bij de meeste hotels en resorts in de omgeving van Bávaro-Punta Cana. Voor het Cap Cana gebied moet u een toegangspas aanvragen zodat we het pand kunnen betreden. Vervoer is niet inbegrepen voor boekingen op dezelfde dag of voor accommodaties in de gebieden Friusa of Verón — gasten moeten in deze gevallen op eigen gelegenheid bij het ontmoetingspunt aankomen. De avond voor uw tour ontvangt u een bevestiging met de exacte ophaaltijd en of deze bij uw hotellobby of Security Gate zal zijn. In de meeste hotels worden er afhalingen gedaan bij de Security Gate, tenzij u een speciale toegangspas voor ons aanvraagt en verkrijgt om de lobby te bereiken. Pick-ups beginnen binnen een 1 - uur venster voordat de tour begint. Zorg dat u 5 minuten voor uw geplande ophaaltijd klaarstaat op de bevestigde locatie. Onze chauffeur maakt bij aankomst een foto van de lobby of poort. Als je niet binnen 10 minuten aanwezig bent, wordt het beschouwd als een no-show. No-shows worden niet terugbetaald.

The buggies are great the staff is great. However the very first thing you drive through is a huge mud puddle. You will get soaked with muddy water. As a result for the rest of the ride you will be wet and muddy. Also the time you are allowed to actually swim in the cave is brief due to the crowds. Most of the time at this stop is to shop local vendors. In the middle of the trip you stop for a presentation about local coffee, cocoa, and other elixirs. It is not high pressure but kind of a waste of time.

It’s a wonderful place and they take care about us
Everyone is very friendly. We were surprised to learn the chocolate and coffee tasting is right there at the ATV place. We were expecting to go to see a place they actually ground fresh coffee and had more authentic stuff than we saw at all the other gift shops, but that's what it was. We also didn't realize that on our way to the cave pool we would be driving right out front of people's homes. It was slightly uncomfortable. The ATVs themselves had to be hot wired to start. No keys. Seemed a bit shady. When we got back to the ATVs after Macao beach, there were young guys coming by with water bottles to squirt water on your shoes to rinse them off. We didn't realize they would then want paid for doing so. All in all, a good excursion, but wish we would have known some of these things ahead of time.

Great experience with my family! We all had so much fun. Each stop was amazing! The cenote was beautiful and the beach was great! We'll definitely be coming back

It was fun but dont purchase drinks from the beach. Stupid money. The "coffee plantation" isnt true, its just a ploy to get more money. Dont buy crap from vendors and its a good time. Also life jackets at the cave are not needed if you can swim.
