We would like to clarify that, for last-minute bookings, Alhambra tickets are sometimes released without a confirmed entry time. In these cases, the final schedule depends entirely on the availability and allocation process managed by the Alhambra authorities. Unfortunately, neither the entry time nor the moment when this information becomes available is something that we can choose or control. For this reason, our booking conditions clearly state that tour start times may be modified if necessary. We also advise guests, especially those making last-minute reservations, not to make fixed plans for the day of the visit until we confirm whether any schedule changes are required. We understand that receiving an update late in the evening before the tour was inconvenient. However, we notified you as soon as the Alhambra released the tickets and confirmed the available entry time for the following day. We sincerely regret the disappointment this situation caused and appreciate your understanding that these circumstances are beyond our direct control. Your feedback is valuable to us, and we will continue working to ensure that all booking conditions and ticketing procedures are communicated as clearly as possible.
