Eerst brengen we een bezoek aan het Generalife, we lopen rond door het paleis en de tuinen en we bekijken het zwaartekrachtirrigatiesysteem van het Alhambra. Tegenwoordig is het irrigatiesysteem hersteld en wordt het gebruikt om de schoonheid en het groen van de tuinen van het Alhambra te behouden.
Na een bezoek aan het Generalife komen we aan bij de Medina. Het Alhambra Medina is een oude versterkte stad die zich bevindt binnen de muren van het Alhambra in Granada, Spanje. Het werd gebouwd in het Nasrid-tijdperk en werd gebruikt als residentie voor de rechtslieden en adelen. Tijdens een wandeling door de smalle straatjes van de Medina kunnen bezoekers een idee krijgen van hoe het dagelijks leven was in de middeleeuwen. Op dit punt bezoeken we ook de gratis toegankelijke bezienswaardigheden: Parador, het paleis van Charles V en Santa Maria de la Alhambra.
De derde bestemming is het Alcazaba. Het Alcazaba is een van de oudste gebouwen in het Alhambra en is een militair fort
We eindigen het bezoek met de bezienswaardigheden die u niet mag missen: de Nasrid-paleizen. Dit complex omvat de paleizen van Comares, Mexuar en los Leones

I woke up texted her. The moment I woke up two hours before the tour she did not answer. I called her an hour before the tour to ask her if it was still happening because it was raining and thundering. She still didn’t answer. We left the hotel we were on our way. There’s a bunch of traffic we reach out still not answering us. We contact support. They tell us that she’s at the meeting spot still waiting for us and that she will be there when we get there. We arrived at 12:15. The tour started at 12 we arrived. She wasn’t there. We contacted support again and they told us that she left us. She didn’t wait so she told us one thing and then decided to do a different thing and leave us behind. And she decided to message us after she had left not directly after but an hour later saying that we have to do the tour on our own. She didn’t call us ahead of time to ask us if we were still coming. She just ignored us completely.
Sentimos mucho que usted sienta esto así. Usted y nosotros sabemos realmente lo que ocurrio. Pero esto es un foro libre y usted puede escribir lo que desee, es libre. Entendemos su enfado, pero el tour salio a la hora indicada, desde el lugar indicado y en el idioma indicado. Usted solo tenia que estar allí 15 minutos antes, como indicaba en su bono y todo hubiera sido perfecto, como con el resto de personas. Nos hubiera encantado que hiciera la visita con nosotros, pero llegar esperarle casi 20 minutos era una falta de respecto para la gente que llevaria esperando allí ya 35 minutos y poner en riesgo la posibilidad de entrar para el resto, ya que las horas son muy estrictas.

Excellent tour! Our guide, Georgia, was absolutely wonderful. Extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic. She kept us on time without rushing. Definitely recommend going first thing in the morning. Thanks for the great memories here!

Aitana is an excellent tour guide! Her pace was perfect for our small group and she was a wealth of information about everything to know about the wonders of Alhambra. We had plenty of time to take photos and ask questions. I highly recommend to go and see the place as it is truly magnificent.
We really enjoyed this tour and having the history and context of what was happening before, during and after the Alhambra was built. Gloria gave the perfect amount of information. Although it was a longer tour relatively speaking (3 hrs), it was definitely at the right speed and pace with a pause for a water and/or restroom break. The palaces and the gardens are just phenomenal to see. I’m really glad we did it!

If you do not visit Alhambara while going to Granada then it is a waste of travel Rich History and architecture Specially for Muslims
Tour was awesome! Our guide was knowledgeable, personable, and communicated well with our English speaking group. I had issues finding the meeting spot. I did text letting the agency know my situation: and received a call back from the company. As a first time visitor I was not aware when they say “meet at the ticket office”, there are 3 entrances. They did provide a link to google which I eventually used. Would be helpful if they states in bold that his information so others would be exhaust e before the tour started!
