Really good experience with Hayashi, very informative and super friendly. Was greeted on time & was really good at communicating before arrival. Car was clean, good AC & 2 bottles of water ! Would highly recommend
Driver waited for over an hour for a delayed flight and still was greeted as soon as exiting arrivals and taken in a comfortable and cool vehicle to our hotel.
Tai was punctual and already waiting for us at the arrival hall when we arrived. His car was comfortable and he drove us safely to our hotel. Along the way, he offered good travel advice about Penang which was much appreciated.
Right on time,very professional a little bit like tour guide,very knowledgeable about the island and the history.
Our driver Tai picked up us though our flight postponed 12 hours till the following day. He gave us some introduction to the city of Penang on the way to our hotel. Tai was thoughtful and kind. We loved his service.
