Meren 4WD Off Road met lunch in Lake Fagnano vanuit Ushuaia

Tijdens deze ervaring kun je het Kami- of Fagnano-meer observeren, wat ons verrast met zijn afmetingen en zijn ongelooflijke landschap. We zullen het afdalen naar Lago Escondido in onze terreinwagens, langs de oude route van nationale route nummer 3. Op deze route wordt het meer omringd door lengas getoond, dat grillig meer en meer op ons afkomt. We kunnen genieten van een spannend circuit in 4x4-voertuigen door het bos en langs het meer. Naast het kunnen genieten van een heerlijke lunch in onze eigen shelter in een Fuegian Estancia aan de oever van het meer van Fagnano, waar we ook toiletten en apparatuur hebben. Ons voorstel zal je goede tijden bezorgen, zelfgemaakte likeurproeverijen, veel 4x4-avontuur, folklore, inheemse gerechten, gesprekken, anekdotes en goede tijden.

4x4 vrachtwagens stellen ons in staat om plaatsen te bereiken waar toegang anders onmogelijk zou zijn, bossen, modder, stenen, enz. Lake Kami of Fagnano verrast ons met zijn afmetingen en zijn ongelooflijke landschap. Om dit te doen, beginnen we aan ons avontuur, waarbij we twee stops maken om het landschap, Mirador del Valle Carbajal en Paso Garibaldi, te aanschouwen.
We zullen de landschappen kunnen aanschouwen die enige tijd later op ons zullen wachten. We zullen hetzelfde afdalen naar Lago Escondido, via het oude spoor van de nationale route nummer 3. In deze tour wordt het meer omringd door lengas getoond, die ons steeds grilliger verschijnt.
We starten een 4x4 circuit met een duur van ongeveer 90 minuten. Daar zullen we het lenga-bos oversteken, een pad van oude houthakkers, met buitengewone panoramische uitzichten. Op het circuit kun je het offroad-avontuur beleven, de grootste emotie in 4x4-voertuigen. We eindigen het circuit bij het meer van Fagnano, dat we zullen begrenzen om onze toevluchtsoord voor het meer te bereiken.
Zodra het circuit is voltooid, hebben we tijd om de schoonheid van het meer van Fagnano en de faciliteiten van Estancia La Carmen te aanschouwen, terwijl onze ervaren gidsen een heerlijke barbecue bereiden. U kunt vooraf een ham- en kaassnack proeven, en vele lekkernijen die bij de lunch zullen worden geserveerd in ons toevluchtsoord.
Aan het einde van de lunch keren we terug naar Ushuaia.

Unfortunately, our experience with the 4x4 Off-Road tour of the Brazilians agency in Ushuaia was far below what was announced. At the time of hiring, we were informed that the tour would be conducted in a SW4 for each couple, providing a more comfortable and exclusive experience. But in practice, we were put in the same vehicle with another couple and two children. Although we were the first to be wanted at the hotel, we had to give up our seats and travel in the background of the SW4 throughout the tour. The space was extremely tight. We kept our legs squeezed and, because of the irregularities of the journey, our head constantly hit the ceiling of the vehicle. In addition, the sides of the background have very small windows, which virtually made it impossible to appreciate the landscape during much of the walk. We paid for an experience to get to know the locations and ended up without visibility for most of the journey. The most disappointing point was that the driver himself informed that he would not take the off-road route because there were many people in the car and, according to him, that was a ride “for family”. However, we just hired a 4x4 off-road experience and traveled only as a couple. The other family was added later to our vehicle, and precisely because of this change the main attraction of the ride ceased to be realized. That is, the service delivered was different from the one we hired. Another negative point was the acting of the driver. At no time explained the history, culture or curiosities about the places visited. On most stops, he would simply get out of the car and smoke away from the group, without any interaction or guidance. Nor did he show initiative to record the moments of the tour, taking photos only when someone asked. Finally, the tour does not correspond to the photos or the description released by the agency, generating an expectation that is not delivered to the customer. I understand that unforeseen things can happen, but when there are such significant changes in relation to the contracted service, the minimum expected is transparency and an alternative that preserves the customer experience. Unfortunately, that's not what happened. We paid for an exclusive 4x4 off-road experience for a couple and we received a shared ride, uncomfortable, without the promised off-road stretch and with a service far below expected. I would not recommend this tour the way it was carried out.

A beautiful experience to enjoy with family, as was our case. The off-road tour is spectacular, and the views we were able to capture are truly unique. The organization was excellent from the moment they picked us up until our return. Throughout the journey, they told us the history of the area, as well as details about the local flora and fauna, which made the experience even more interesting. To complete the day, we enjoyed a top-notch barbecue, accompanied by a starter of salami and cheese. Without a doubt, a highly recommended activity for those who want to explore and enjoy nature (in addition to taking beautiful photos of the place). P.S. Guide Gabriel is amazing at driving and cooking.
