De excursie begint wanneer we je ophalen in onze minibus met zijn chauffeur en een professionele gids, om naar het Tierra del Fuego National Park te gaan. Op de End of the World Train gaan we de geschiedenis herbeleven in tijd en ruimte. We zullen hetzelfde pad bewandelen dat gevangenen vele jaren geleden hebben afgelegd. Al in het Nationaal Park Tierra del Fuego ziet u de meest karakteristieke soorten van de Fuegische bossen in een spectaculaire uitbreiding van 63.000 hectare. Het eerste punt dat u in het park moet bezoeken, is het einde van Route 3, in Lapataia Bay, waar we het beroemde bord Einde van de Wereld vinden, dat de vereniging van Ushuaia en Alaska symboliseert. Hier heb je de meest iconische foto die iedereen wil hebben: The End of the World poster, the End of Route 3 De volgende stop is bij Lake Roca, waar we een typisch Patagonische ansichtkaart zullen aanschouwen. Om af te sluiten bezoeken we de Ensenada Zarategui waar de laatste postbus van Correo Argentino staat.

Berijd de End of the World-trein. 50 minuten wandelen om de laatste 7 kilometer van de "Senda de los Presos" te ontdekken
Hier kunt u de meest karakteristieke soorten van dit type bos observeren, waaronder struiken, beuken, ñires, oude mannenbaard, Indiaas brood en bloemen, dit alles in een spectaculaire uitbreiding van 63.000 hectare. Tijdens de tour worden verschillende stops gemaakt om te profiteren van het panoramische uitzicht en om foto's te maken.
Het laatste punt om te bezoeken, en voor ons het mooiste, is Ensenada Zaratiegui. Daar kun je het Round Island bewonderen en de laatste postbus van het Argentijnse postkantoor bezoeken, waar bezoekers van over de hele wereld meestal hun paspoort afstempelen en ook correspondentie of ansichtkaarten naar elke plaats op de planeet sturen, met het "Einde van de Wereld" stempel!
In Bahia Lapataia vinden we het beroemde bord Einde van de Wereld, dat de vereniging symboliseert van Ushuaia en Alaska, de 2 uitersten van het Amerikaanse continent, verbonden door de "Pan-Amerikaanse Route". Hier kun je de meest iconische foto maken die iedereen wil hebben: The End of the World poster, the End of Route 3
In dit gezichtspunt zullen we een poel zien waarvan de naam wordt gegeven door de intense kleur van het water. Ook zie je twee imposante heuvels: Cerro Cóndor en Cerro Guanaco.
Bij het Roca-meer, oorspronkelijk in de Yámana-taal, kreeg het de naam ACIGAMI, wat "lange mand" betekent, we denken aan de typische Patagonische ansichtkaart, die bergen, bossen en meren omvat.

This is an unmissable tour on a trip to the city of Ushuaia. Although it may be a bit overrated due to the prices they charge for it. However, it is a very interesting and educational experience. Different parts of this national park are visited, such as Zaratiegue Cove, the End of the World Postal Unit, the trails of Cerro Guanaco, Lake Roca, Lapataia Bay, the Alakush visitor center, and it concludes with the train ride. There are several options to take this tour, so it is recommended to gather information beforehand and select the best operator and the best option according to your preferences. 100% recommended.

Very good experience. Revive the local history of the prisoners and rearrange the journey on the train that makes the ride even more real. Super recommended.

Our guide shared a lot of info re the Fuegian and Patagonian history and geography. The commentary on the train was very informative.

Bad experience... train if you can call this kind of dirty and smelly wagon.... scruffy and dangerous in my opinion... It seems to go with the tractor I swear... We had the last day in Reggio Calabria and so we decide to do even the Ionian part up to Locri.... at least enjoy the view of the coast and the view by train... imagine... with dirty and old glasses, shaky.... a nightmare I would say... gross... really... At least Trenitalia should put a worthy train to travel in conditions of safety and tranquility ...

A magical place, like all protected areas of the country. Wonderful landscapes and naturally majestic. And the TRAIN OF THE END OF THE WORLD a very nice and particular experience, to know a little of our history. UNMISSABLE
