Familie en kustwacht Veteranen in eigendom en beheer met een focus op veiligheid en 5 - sterren ervaringen. Geniet van de rustige omstandigheden van de vroege ochtend en geniet van het prachtige landschap van Makena. Tour loopt 7u tot 10u. Ontmoet je Gids in Turtle Town, Makena, en maak je klaar voor je avontuur. Peddel over de gezonde ondiepe riffen en snorkel op de beste plekken om zeeleven te zien. Zwem met schildpadden, mantaroggen, palingen, octopussen en verschillende tropische vissen. Onze tours vinden plaats in een bultrug walvisreservaat, dus we zien walvissen in de winter. Geniet van het prachtige uitzicht op de Haleakala vulkaan, west Maui bergen, Molokini, en de omliggende eilanden. Paddle meer dan 500 - jaar oude lava vingers en bezoek Turtle Town. Wij zijn Maui's Clear Bottom Kayak and Snorkel Company. Sinds 2017 bieden we bezoekers van Maui epische ervaringen. Familiebedrijf en veteraan van de kustwacht. Het bekijken van het onderwaterleven en de riffen van Maui door een kajak met een heldere bodem is een onvergetelijke ervaring. Onze tour is geschikt voor kinderen van 3 jaar en ouder. Er is geen kajak- of snorkelervaring vereist. Onze 3 uur durende tour duurt dagelijks van 07:00 tot 10:00 uur, omdat dit het beste moment van de dag is voor mooie, rustige omstandigheden. Het omvat ontmoeting, veiligheidsbriefing, te water laten, kajakken en snorkelen. Eenmaal op het water peddelt u over verschillende riffen in uw kajak met een heldere bodem, terwijl u uitkijkt over de schoonheid eronder en het prachtige landschap van Maui om u heen. Er is ook een optioneel snorkelgedeelte inbegrepen in de tour. U kunt uit de kajaks stappen om te snorkelen of, als u dat niet wilt, kunt u in uw heldere kajak blijven en uitkijken naar onze prachtige riffen eronder. We houden van alles wat met de oceaan en avontuur te maken heeft en kunnen niet wachten om het met u te delen in ons prachtige huis op Maui.

- Individuele gewichtslimiet is strikt 220 pond vanwege de aard van onze heldere kajaks. Als iemand in uw groep meer dan 220 pond weegt, neem dan contact met ons op en we kunnen een enkele gewone kajak met een gewichtslimiet van 290 pond voor hen reserveren. We hebben er twee beschikbaar. De gewichtslimiet is voor uw eigen veiligheid. Het is het bedrijfsbeleid van onze gidsen om elk individu te wegen met behulp van weegschalen op de vergaderlocatie op de dag van de tour. Als u uw gewicht verkeerd opgeeft en vervolgens op de dag zelf over de limiet weegt, kunnen we u niet tegemoetkomen en ontvangt u geen restitutie. Neem contact met ons op als u vragen heeft over gewichtsverdeling voordat u boekt.
- Gewichtslimiet voor tandemkajak is 420 lbs *Individuele gewichtslimiet van 220 lbs is nog steeds van toepassing. Bij een boeking van 2 volwassenen krijgt u automatisch een tandemkajak toegewezen. Wij zijn een klein bedrijf en hebben slechts een beperkt aantal heldere kajaks voor elke tour.

My family had a great time on this clear kayaking/snorkeling trip! The guides, Marc and Curtis, really added to the experience as they were really great to talk to and they gave us interesting information about the area while we were kayaking. Marc was constantly working to get pictures of everyone in the group and dove down to get a red sea urchin so we could hold it. He also got pictures of us with sea turtles. Just a really fun experience and would highly recommend!
This was the highlight of our vacation. We felt cared for. The guides were kind and friendly, and the pictures were awesome.
Marc, Curtis, and Kyle were amazing. It was the perfect day to be on the water and got lots of great pictures. They were great at pointing out different sea creatures and telling us some history about the island as well.
Amazing trip, would recommend this for anyone including beginners. Kyle was a great guide!
Curtis and Mark were fantastic guides, made sure we all had proper equipment, checked in on us regularly, and shared stories and history of the area. I was concerned about getting out and back into the kayak to snorkel in the open water. Or guides made it easy and safe. It only required pushing the side of the boat down to my armpits and rolling in. We saw lots of turtles, fish, urchins, and coral. The paddle was easy and the price was well worth the experience!
My family and I did the kayak and snorkeling tour and we loved it! Kyle and Marc were great. The meeting location was a little sketchy because it’s a small road where everyone meets so it can get a bit congested but Marc and Kyle were great in getting us taken care of and getting our gear. Let me tell you, I saw first hand what was a good tour vs a bad one. Marc and Kyle went over all the safety, how to paddle, snorkel and how to successfully get in and out of the kayak. It was organized and I felt very safe the entire time. They accompanied us the entire time. On the other hand, there was a family of four getting quick instructions on how to use a kayak and the guy literally pushed them out and sat in a chair smoking on his vape watching his phone. There was no watching or making sure they made it okay and they had small children. Marc and Kyle were funny, organized and cared about everyone’s safety. Unfortunately, there was a lot of people at the turtle spot so photography was hard with the turtles but not everything goes as planned and Kyle still managed to send us family pics and additional ones to save for our experience. We did get a snack and water but honestly I would suggest grabbing breakfast beforehand because it’s virtually impossible to carry snacks in the water. However, I am already planning on how we book again when we come back. Would recommend again and would like to say that the experience is what you make it. Nothing always goes as planned but having great guides that can give you recommendations and tell you the history of Hawaii all while showing you turtles is definitely a great time!

This tour was absolutely unreal! From the moment we showed up, everything was already set up and ready to go. Just make sure you fill out your forms beforehand! The meetup was completely seamless, and before we knew it, we were out on the water. We paired my 8-year-old niece and my 67-year-old mom together in a kayak, and it worked out perfectly. Kyle was AMAZING. He walked them through getting in and out of the kayak so thoroughly that there was quite literally no room for error. He made everyone feel comfortable and safe from the very beginning. When they started getting tired, Kyle was incredibly encouraging and reassuring, and he helped them get back to shore a little earlier than the rest of the group. He kept their spirits up while still making sure everyone was safe, comfortable, and having fun. I truly can’t thank him enough for how well he took care of all of us! And the wildlife!! We saw SO many turtles — mamas and babies — plus fish, eels, and so much more. It was incredible. This is truly the tour, guys! The length was perfect, the experience was unforgettable, and we are so thankful for the hospitality, the helping hands, and Kyle’s encouraging spirit throughout the entire adventure. Great experience! The clear bottom kayaks are the best. We did see turtles! I didn’t have snorkel experience but I was able to do it! Very informative tour by our awesome guide.
