We ontmoeten elkaar hier om je tour te beginnen.
Onze gids legt de betekenis uit van het Max Jozefbeeld dat zich in het midden van het plein bevindt, samen met historische feiten over het Operagebouw en de residentie.
We fietsen door de hofjes.
We doen hier een korte stop met een aantal geweldige feiten over dit plein en de Feldherrnhalle en Ludwigstrasse. We geven u ook de tijd om de St. Kajetan Theatiner kerk te bezoeken - de op een na mooiste kerk in München.
De Beierse Staatskanselarij is de zetel van de Beierse regering en het kantoor van de minister-president. Het is in essentie het centrum van de politieke macht in Beieren. Het is gevestigd in een modern gebouw in München, waar belangrijke politieke beslissingen worden genomen en overheidsbeleid wordt geformuleerd. Het is over het algemeen geen toeristische attractie op dezelfde manier als een museum of paleis, maar het heeft een aanzienlijk symbolisch en functioneel belang binnen de deelstaat Beieren.
We stoppen hier voor de lunch of een pauze. Aangezien er een food court op het terrein is, kunnen gasten kiezen uit vele opties, zowel vegetarisch als niet-vegetarisch, samen met niet-alcoholische / alcoholische dranken.
We brengen hier wat quality time door met het kijken naar de lokale bevolking die het hele jaar door in een kanaal surft.
Het Haus der Kunst in München is een museum voor hedendaagse kunst, gevestigd in een historisch belangrijk gebouw. Oorspronkelijk in opdracht van Hitler, toont het nu moderne en hedendaagse kunst uit de hele wereld. Het staat bekend om zijn uitdagende tentoonstellingen en speelt een belangrijke rol in de culturele scene van München.

My wife and I met Chloe for our tour through Munich’s history and splendor, and it was outstanding. If you want a deep dive into the city’s architecture—past and present—this experience is an absolute must. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide. Chloe’s attention to detail, along with her ability to quickly understand who we were and tailor the tour to us, made the entire experience even more memorable. If you’re comfortable on a bike, this is truly a “must do” in Munich.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Mike’s Tours Munich, especially with our guide, Siegmund Brundl. From start to finish, the tour was engaging, informative, and so enjoyable. Siegmund was incredibly knowledgeable about Munich’s history and brought the city’s past to life with fascinating stories and insights. You could tell he truly loves the city and takes pride in sharing its rich culture and heritage. Beyond the historical highlights, he also gave us excellent recommendations for local dining spots and traditional bier gardens — suggestions that made the rest of our trip even better. My husband and our two kids (ages 7 and 11) did the private tour with Dave. He was a fantastic and engaging guide throughout the city. He found us the perfect size bikes, listened to understand what we were most interested in seeing (the park and surfers!) and led us on a tour throughout the city. He made sure the kids rode safely and spoke to them about history in a way they understand and were excited. We had a nice stop in the beer garden and then returned after a leisurely approximately 5 mile ride. I highly recommend this tour and Dave specifically!

This tour was tremendous. Easy bike ride and lots of info. Our group ranged from 12 yrs to 65yrs old. High Recommend! We did this tour on a Sunday and the traffic was light, which was great.

This tour was perfection! David was our guide and he was incredible. This bike tour was exactly what we needed to get our week in Munich off and running. Our tour guide, Dave, was super friendly, informative, and entertaining. We got some background about some of Munich's history, learned a bit about Bavarian culture, and enjoyed a very leisurely ride. Our tour guide James was great! He took our family of five, including three kids aged 5-13, on a nice bike ride through Munich. It was a nice mix of learning about the history and current culture of the city, as well as just a nice bike ride to get the kids active. It was drizzling during the tour (but we had rain gear), and no one even complained!
