Deze tour begint om 10.00 uur vanaf de bushalte in Hella. Wij bieden ook de mogelijkheid om opgehaald te worden bij uw accommodatie in de postcodes 850 / 851 / 860 / 861. Wij brengen u na een fantastische dag vol avontuur terug naar uw hotel/accommodatie. Neem contact met ons op als u dit wilt regelen. We went with the guide Adam for a super jeep trip, it was amazing, the views are wonderful. Adam is very knowledgeable, patient in answering all the questions, and has a sense of humor. In fact, he went out of his way, made an effort to make us have a good time, explained the route, the surroundings, and also told all kinds of interesting stories about Iceland. It is highly recommended to tour with Adam.
What an experience! Fun ride in a super jeep, amazing guide and landscapes and colours one would not expect. The hike up Bláhnúkur was stunning, with fantastic views of this beautiful part of Iceland. I am looking forward to return to Landmannalaugar when I return to Iceland. Highly recommended. Our driver Helgi was great. Top driver dooe all those rough landscapes. Knew a lot to tell us and was also super funny. We've had the outing and time of our lives. Thank you for seeing and photographing all that beauty. Helgi will stay with us for the rest of our trip through Iceland. Along the way, if we go out to dinner, puffins will see 🤣🤣, etc.. We were lucky enough to go on the super jeep tour of the Thorsmork area of Iceland. The trip was incredible in the huge Ford and our guide was passionate and knowledgable about the landscape. We hiked and saw some beautiful sites and came home with memories we will treasure forever.

We booked an all day Super Jeep tour with this company as a last minute change of plan the day before our trip. We didn’t expect it to be the best day we had in Iceland! The vehicles we rode in gave us 100% confidence in their safety, capabilities, and comfort! The trip to the highlands was absolutely stunning! The tour guide we had, Magnus, was very friendly and very entertaining! He was enthusiastic about the day of adventure we had planned. He taught us fun Icelandic games as we drove to the highlands, stopped at every request to take pictures, and was extremely knowledgeable about the terrain. He showed us amazing views, waterfalls, and scenery we didn’t even know was there! I couldn’t recommend a company more for your Icelandic adventure! I can’t wait to come back to do it again!

We did this tour the last week of May, and there is clearly a reason other tour companies don’t offer this until mid-June. We spent the whole time in the Jeep with about an hour at Landmannalaugar, where every trail was closed. It was treacherous driving conditions. In fact, our driver (who was very skilled and thankfully got us there and back safely) shared that he had gotten stuck for 6+ hours 2 days before and had to wait for help. Maybe it’s great in peak summer, but I’d save your time and your money. It was out only bad day of 12 days in Iceland - way more to see and do elsewhere.

We were glad we did this, as it offered us many other stops along the way that one wouldn’t have time to do if they were driving themselves. One other review here mentioned that normal passenger vehicles were at the final destination, which had me second guessing our choice to use this company and tour. While true, I would not want to drive the F-roads up there. Taking this tour had us flying through the roads 2x or 3x the speed that other people were taking their rental cars at, and the ride was pretty smooth, with many stops and branches/paths taken that most people don’t go to. Once at the top destination we could hike or go into the thermal water. What I didn’t know until I saw people doing it was you aren’t just limited to the area by the water entrance. You could walk, wade, swim along the water upstream towards the sources. All in all, I would do it again and recommend it over taking the risk and driving it yourself.

I took the Landmannalaugar tour today. The driver/guide was Awesome. It was peaceful not to drive on gravel roads and see all cool places. I will highly recommend this tour and this company!

Fantastic trip to Landmannalaugar in the first of the winter snow. Margaret was our guide and was friendly, knowledgeable and good fun. The views were incredible and we enjoyed a good hike around a lava field. I'd recommend this trip, and Margaret as a guide, very highly.
