Een reis naar Knysna is niet compleet zonder een cruise op de ongerepte Knysna-lagune, de thuisbasis van de wereldberoemde Knysna Heads en vele soorten vogels en zeedieren. Ga met ons mee aan boord van de "Oyster Boat" voor een onvergetelijke, ontspannen 75 minuten durende cruise naar de beroemde Knysna Heads en terug passeren we ook de Featherbed Bay, die kalm turquoise water biedt. Leun achterover en ontspan, geniet van het gevoel van onze Afrikaanse zon op je gezicht, de wind in je haar, terwijl je Knysna vanuit een uniek uitkijkpunt bekijkt. Geniet van het horen van een van de favoriete kustplaatsen van Zuid-Afrika, Knysna, vanuit een lokaal, inlands perspectief!

Very interactive gens and my wife and I had a ball of a time. Well the boat was a bit unstable, even though we were given the heads up, having to go through the unstable water was a bit much for me, personally. Glad they made a U-turn but overall - I enjoyed it.

Very quiet stressless sailing on the lagoon. You go to the entrance to the Indian Ocean, without sailing through it because of too dangerous (rocks and currents). On the boat (maximum 80 passengers) catering is available. (Oysters too). Duration approx. 90 minutes. Costs approx. € 30.

Fijn dat je de catering aan boord ook kon waarderen (en de oesters natuurlijk!). We vinden het leuk dat je de details van de vaart (duur, prijs en capaciteit) hebt vermeld, zo weten andere gasten meteen wat ze kunnen verwachten. Beautiful experience in Knysna: boat trip to the two cliffs that separate the lagoon from the Indian Ocean, called Knysna Heads. The boat is comfortable and allows you to enjoy the beauty of these areas in peace.

A perfectly enjoyable boat trip out to the Heads and back. Not a stunning trip of a lifetime but acceptable for 75 minutes.

On that trip we learnt a lot about Knysna and the Lagoon. It was great! There wasn’t anything to complain about. The guide was awesome, very friendly and experienced handling a boat.

I absolutely loved the experience. I was worried about the weather as it was raining in the morning but it cleared and I was reassured that the cruise would still go on and we will be fine. Brian was our Skipper and he phenomenal in showing us every hot spot on the tour and also taking wonderful photos of us. I have already recommended this to a friend, coming in 2 days time. I’ll definitely do it again.
