Kauai : Deluxe Na Pali snorkelcruise aan boord van Lucky Lady

Our two teenagers had a blast. Captain Kauai and his crew were fantastic. It's a great way to see the Napali Coastline.

I am going to ask for at least a partial refund for a very upsetting experience and lack of safety response by the staff. There were other boat companies that were traveling along side of us, and when it was time to stop for the snorkeling, weather to companies, pulled up closer to the shore and allowed several people to get off and Snorkel with no problem. They stayed out almost an hour with no problems. However, our Captain pulled out further away and it was clear from the moment that we stopped that there were several jellyfish out and the captain did not say anything and allowed people to get out and some got stung. We got out of the water immediately and so did others . Could have chosen to closer to the shore just like the other companies who had no problems with jellyfish in their location. All it would take was five minutes to move the boat to a safer location. So we were not able to snorkel. Also we have been on other sea tours and never was there so many people vomiting from the pour driving off the Captain going very fast and taking the waves very roughly. Also, they advertise that they have the largest boat in the industry, but they don’t even use the large boat which would have been much more stable. They should advertise that they may be using a smaller boat, but they don’t do that until you arrive there and it’s too late to cancel.. I would like to ask for a refund for the three of us , at least 50% off, please.

Excellent experience even I'm not a sea person, get seasickness and a terrible sea swimmer it was a very enjoyable experience, the crew was very kind and helpful with every passenger, we enjoyed the sightseeing including wildlife totally recommend it.

We had the best time on the Lucky Lady! The views were unreal, snorkeling was so awesome and the staff on board was amazing! They were so attentive and kind, making sure you always had what you need. This was the best way to see the Nā Pali Coast… we saw dolphins, sea turtles and so many fish! Would highly recommend! Side note: if you are prone to motion sickness, definitely take something or use a patch to prevent it!

Fun experience. The captain and crew were friendly and made sure that everyone was well cared for. Offered plenty of food and drinks, looked after the guests who felt sea sick, offered all of the needed supplies to make snorkeling a fun experience. The water/waves were very agreeable on the day of our trip, better than usual according to the captain. I took my 4 year old son and he had a good time.

What a great trip and crew. From the moment we stepped on the boat they were all there to take care of us. We saw some incredible view of the Na Pali coast, even got under a waterfall thanks to the fantastic boat cabin. Loved hearing about the history about everything we saw.

We enjoyed the many gorgeous views on our Napali adventure. Evan, our captain, was informative, friendly, and showed us many notable views off the Napali coast. We got to see several types of dolphins and flying fish on our way up. The day was clear with beautiful weather, but even so, the waves tend to be quite choppy so those who are prone to motion sickness should beware and be prepared! Snorkeling was fun and we got to see many tropical brightly colored fish. Shout out to the crew, Avery, Josh/Chuck, and Lauren who spent the day making sure everyone was taken care of!

Do not miss this experience. From the captain, to the crew, to the view and the water, everything was fantastic. The crew waited on us and we never wanted for anything. Seriously, do not miss out on this one!!

My family and I went out on the Napali coast morning snorkel adventure on the Lucky Lady. We got lucky with an amazing weather day. The experience was great from booking to the excursion. The communication was great, the captain and staff were very safety focused while providing a great experience. The cruise up the coast started smooth and we were lucky to see a pod of spinner dolphins right out of the harbor. As we set out up the coast the ride was pretty smooth. As the boat gets more into the Napali coast the water can be choppy and the boat can pitch in the water. I and my family felt safe and the captain and crew were great. We stopped for a snorkel under some amazing cliffs and enjoyed some beautiful water and views. The Captain did a great job of telling us about the coast and some historical facts about the native people. The cruise back down the coast was much smoother as we were headed with the swell and wind. After we turned around we were served lunch, cookies, and some killer Mai Tai's and beverages. I didn't take Dramamine as I have spent a lot of time on boats. My family did take Dramamine and feel like it helped ward off any potential sea sickness. If you don't bring any you can purchase it in the office when you arrive. Our experience aboard the Lucky Lady was amazing, and you should definitely put this on your must do list while on Kauai.

Our experience was awesome! From the start the captain was very informative and laid out the plan for the day. The crew was also amazing and made sure everyone was taken care of the whole time while also being social and fun. It was a 5 hour tour and well worth the money. The captain made safety the top priority which was appreciated. The food and the snorkeling were also awesome! We hope to make it back to Kauai someday soon and we’d love to take this tour again. The views alone are well worth the price!
