Hop-on-hop-off tour van 2 dagen door Oud Quebec en de Montmorency-watervallen

It is not as described. You see the falls from the boat but don’t go directly to the falls. Unitour was very unprofessional and was not helpful in their chat. Agents gave conflicting information. Our pass didn’t let us on the blue line which how you need to go to get there. Company gave me a $9 refund per ticket after many calls and emails. Book the tour directly on site to assure you get what you paid for. Don’t deal with these people in Quebec. They are not legit.

The Hop On Hop Off buses “up on top” were a bit chilly this time of year, but where they took us and the information was top notch as always!!! We chose the two day package with the Falls included. We are currently doing the 2 PM cruise. Our only complaint is that It was bit difficult to find where to board the ship and when? They were great when I called the Unitours office to check! It’s really worth seeing the city this way!!!

Everything from the hop on hop off bus, Montmorency Falls and St Lawrence river cruise were excellent! The river cruise ship was berthed just next to our cruise ship, so we dropped our bags off and hopped onto the riverboat. There were lots of cruise passengers, but they brought extra buses.

Was unable to experience the cruise. The on site staff said they didn't have a reservation for the cruise they was able to see my hop off and on reservation.

All 3 parts of the tour were wonderful! The hop-on bus gave us a good overview of all parts of the city. Montmorency Falls were stunning! One note—the bus doesn’t leave from where it says on this site, but a few blocks away near the Chateau Frontenac (first stop on hop-on tour). The cruise was relaxing and informative. If you’re a first-time visitor, these tours are great to see a lot quickly and better understand the city’s history.

Loved the bus tours and especially the boat tour on the St. Lawrence. Everything was beautiful and the commentating on the trip was amazing. We learned a lot and had lots of fun!

Easy to find and very informative. Old Quebec is beautiful. We had to change a couple of things around and Viator was of great help

All the staff were fabulous. The bus around the city gave us an extensive overview of the city. The cruise on the river was relaxing and informative while the bus ride out to the falls was easy. Overall it was a great value.

If viator would bother looking at your emails, you would know how terrible our experience was. I intend to write a very long and very negative review on many different sites.

This was a good way to see the newer parts of Quebec City. The old town is best walked. Our tickets were easily scanned by the driver. We did need to change buses for the falls, which was a little confusing as to where to pick it up. It was beautiful and worth the wait. We only had one day so did not get to do the boat tour. I always recommend the hop on hop off, it is a good way to see what you may want to go back to and explore!
