Ontmoet je gids bij de Inner Harbor in Downtown Victoria en vertrek vervolgens met je 1,5 uur durende wandeling om de hoogtepunten van de oude stad, het bastionplein en Chinatown te verkennen. Geschiedenis en menselijk drama zijn er in overvloed in het gebied en tijdens uw wandeling zal uw gids u wijzen op voorbeelden van prachtige 1800's architectuur.
Victoria is een paradijs voor wandelaars en omdat het een compacte stad is, kan veel historische bodem in korte tijd worden bedekt.
Hoewel Victoria bekend staat als een schilderachtig stukje Olde-Engeland, heeft de stad zeker ook zijn schandalen en donkere verhalen. In het Bastionplein leer je over Victoria's vele openbare ophangingen en hoe de autoriteiten probeerden de orde te handhaven.

Fiona is an outstanding guide! She is not only nice, but knowledgeable as well. She made history entertaining! We highly recommend this tour and if you get Fiona, it’s even better!
Great length tour with engaged, knowledgeable guide. We walked past 10 mins after the end and he was still chatting sharing knowledge with some of people on tour even though not all of them tipped :(
Entertaining and informative. Our tour guide did a great job. It was fascinating to learn the backstory of many of the old buildings in the historical district.
Loved this tour! Super knowledgeable and entertaining guide made the city's history jump to life. And what a fascinating history it is. Beautiful walk from the waterfront up through the old city. Our group of 6 could hear all the details about sites along the way with headsets supplied. Highly recommend!

Very nice people wherever we went! Easy to utilize the public trans/ BC buses. Burchart Gardens is a must see for anyone who appreciates plants and gardens! Tea at the Burchart house was fantastic!!
