Wandel door de hoofdstraten en ontdek het prachtige Piazza San Carlo, de Porta Palazzo food Market, de grootste openluchtmarkt van Europa! U ziet de Duomo, die de Heilige Lijkwade bevat, en het Koninklijk Paleis, het huis van de eerste koning van Italië. Steek de Via Po' over om uw tour af te sluiten en bewonder het icoon van Turijn: de Mol Antonelliana! Bezoek Turijn met een lokale Gids, het is een heel ander verhaal!

U ontmoet uw lokale gids op het Piazza C. L. N. bij de fontein.
Piazza San Carlo wordt beschouwd als de "woonkamer" van Turijn. De reden hiervoor zijn de talloze cafés, waar politici, filosofen en inwoners van de stad vaak hun koffie halen.
Piazza Carignano is één van de belangrijkste pleinen van Turijn.
De Dom van Turijn is een van de belangrijkste kerken van de stad. Direct naast de dom en verbonden met de kerk is een kleine kapel, waar de lijkwade wordt bewaard. Deze is alleen op bepaalde dagen van het jaar zichtbaar voor het grote publiek.
Het Koninklijk Paleis was de woonplaats van de eerste koning van Italië, van de Savoia-familie. Als u de kans hebt, mag u een bezoek aan het interieur van het paleis niet missen. Het is echt een schoonheid met elementen uit de tijd waarin het werd gebouwd.
Via Po is de straat in Turijn waar u de Mole Antonelliana kunt vinden.
De Mole Antonelliana werd gebouwd als een synagoge, maar werd vervolgens gebruikt als een museum. Vandaag is dit het beroemde Filmmuseum en vanaf de top hebt u geweldig uitzicht op de hele stad.
De Romeinse wijk is waar alle belangrijke monumenten zijn te vinden uit het Romeinse tijdperk.

Alex did a wonderful just explaining the history and architecture of Torino to my wife and I during our 2-3 hour walking tour. He also provided us with a Vermouth tasting (not generally part of the tour) at a local shop.
We saw the most beautiful the most beautiful buildings Art Deco (Liberty style). We saw the ones in the center beginning with the Subalpina Gallery and then took the tram to see the others (the best ones)
Our guide, Alessio, was very knowledgeable and charming. Could not have asked for a better personalized tour of Turin. Highly recommend!
Carlo was wonderful! He took me to significant historical locations as well as great social gathering places. The cafés were amazing! He shared how they played a part in the history of Turin. I also had the opportunity to enjoy a beverage of chocolate and coffee! The dark chocolate I purchased was delightful! Turin is definitely a gem in the rough. The pace here is much more relaxed than Rome or Florence. It still has a significant role in Italy’s history. The tour is a must!

We are very sad that we didn’t get our guide’s name but she was superb. Took us to all the essential places - palaces, cafes, arcades, museums, markets - so we got our bearings with the history and architecture as well as the geography. Gave us great tips all the way and tailored things to our interests so we could come back and visit sites later. She was intellligent and friendly and a truly great ambassador for her wonderful city. Absolutely highly recommended!
