Je zult genieten van de mooiste landschappen tijdens een tour die je naar het schilderachtige nationale park Tierra del Fuego brengt. De panoramische punten zijn zorgvuldig geselecteerd om de beste uitzichten te hebben en ongelooflijke foto's te maken van de meren, bergen, flora en fauna; te allen tijde begeleid door ons fantastische en enthousiaste team van professionele gidsen.

We nemen je mee naar de Fuegian Southern Railway. 7 kilometer is de totale route van de legende die zich niet liet sterven "De trein van de gevangenen". Oorspronkelijk was de route vanuit de gevangenis in het centrum van de stad Ushuaia. Alleen de geautoriseerde gevangenen om de gevangenis te verlaten werden beloond voor hun goede gedrag om dwangarbeid te verrichten. Vroeger gingen ze op zoek naar brandhout om de gevangenis van de beginnende stad Ushuaia die ernaast groeide te verwarmen. Oorspronkelijk werd hij vervoerd met boeien aan zijn poten en rug aan rug in precaire goederenwagons. Op dit moment is het vertrek vanaf het station "Einde van de Wereld", door middel van een replica van de "Trein van de gevangenen". De bezoekers reizen dezelfde route die decennia geleden de veroordeelden maakten om de stad van brandhout te voorzien. Tegenwoordig zijn de wagons verwarmd, modern en beglaasd om het beste zicht op de route niet te verliezen. De trein hervatte zijn activiteiten in 1994 voor puur toeristische doeleinden.
Een van de iconische toeristische plekken van Tierra del Fuego waar het bord staat dat aangeeft dat we het einde van de Pan-Amerikaanse route hebben bereikt.
We nodigen je uit om het ware einde van de wereld te bereiken om de spanning te voelen van het zijn op een unieke en magische plek. Alle reizigers die in Ushuaia aankomen, kunnen niet vertrekken zonder het einde te kennen van de Pan-Amerikaanse route die begint in Alaska en na meer dan 15 duizend kilometer eindigt in het Tierra del Fuego National Park. Dit is de plek om een foto te maken die getuigt dat mensen echt aan het einde van de wereld zijn aangekomen. Verder. In de ochtend rond 08:30 halen we je op bij het hotel, vanwaar we naar het Tierra del Fuego National Park gaan, dat op 12 km van het centrum van de stad Ushuaia ligt. Voordat we het Nationaal Park binnengaan, stoppen we bij het End of the World-treinstation waar passagiers die dat willen, kunnen kiezen om de mythische trein te nemen (ongeveer 60 minuten rijden) die eindigt in het Nationaal Park. Degenen die de reis niet met de trein maken, kunnen genieten van een kleine wandeling in het Fuegian-bos (in de winter kan de kleine wandeling worden afgebroken afhankelijk van de weersomstandigheden).

The tour was very worth it mainly because we were armored with a snowy morning that left the landscape much more exciting. This is a trip that is well worth it. Half time, picturesque and we still get to see the beauties of Tierra del Fuego Park. Super recommend the agency. We made 3 tours c them, being one of them this trenzinho. The guide Ariel was very attentive and gave several interesting explanations.

The staff of the company are friendly, attentive and very professional. From the airport pickup with Christian and the return to it with Marcelo, impeccable. The Parks and Train tour was excellent. The journey with Carlos and Ariel explaining every detail, first. Ariel took pains to answer all the questions and point out the points of interest. Recommended!!!

From the time Marietta met us on the berth as we came off the cruise ship we had a great trip. She was so knowledgable, passionate and informative about the region and its people, it made for a very nice day out. It did help that her English was very good. From the ship we were bused to the End of the World train station, where we had a few minutes to browse the souvenir shops before leaving Marietta and boarding for our train journey. After a fun short train journey into Tierra del Fuego park, which included a stop to enjoy the views, we were met by Marietta to explore the park. The bus journey around the park included several stops, where we were able to get out on foot and be educated in the history of the people and the land. Marietta was even kind enough to stop at the southernmost rugby club in the world for me to take a few photos and to recommend an excellent cafe back in Ushuaia. :-)
