Sichuan Hotpot heeft een geschiedenis van minstens 1700 jaar. Vandaag zijn de Sichuan Hotpots in categorie uitgebreid met de "Red Pot" (Pittige hotpot-smaak met chilipepers en Sichuan-peperkorrels), de "White Pot" (Niet-pittige hotpot-smaak met bouillon) en 'Double Pot' (inclusief de eerste twee). Met de hulp van je gids kook je zowel de pittige hotpot als de niet-pittige pot en leer je hoe je gerechten met decoraties kunt snijden en instellen, die worden begeleid door een professionele chef-kok. Deze ervaring zal ook een zeer uniek lokaal marktbezoek hebben, je zult proberen de verschillende gerechten in deze prachtige stad te leren kennen en proeven.

Thank you for this morning which has completely satisfied us! Very interesting market visit, very professional cuisine, clear explanations, without being a formatted speech. So a lot of human heat with the heat of the peppers. Lance was a perfect, attentive, cultivated and generous guide. The location of the course was authentic and human-sized. In short, a very nice experience!

We had an amazing experience at Chilli Cool China. We started this incredible venture with Lance our tour guide from Chilli Cool China who from the moment we got picked up was engaging and delightful! We started our tour at the local spice market that included fresh local vegetables and an array of unique ingredients that we used for our Hot Pot cooking class. Our cooking experience was meticulously planned by our cooking instructor with step by step instructions creating the most delicious Hot Pot we’ve ever eaten. If we could give it 10 stars we would! A truly 10/10 experience! Our host Lance and our cooking instructor went above and beyond. The entire experience from start to finish was entertaining and informative. Lance was very knowledgeable and engaging, always willing to answer all of our questions and assist with anything along the way. I can honestly say that this was the best experience I've ever had with a booking on TripAdvisor, it was a very personal experience that far exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended to anyone curious about cooking authentic Sichuan food, the spices and overall process.
