Rocco and Carla (and their two cute children) hosted us in their garden for an authentic Italian experience. The group was only my wife and I and one other recently married couple who also ended up staying at the same hotel as us. Rocco was a great host and talked with us before and after Carla taught us the recipes. We made Zuppa Inglese which is a traditional Italian dessert combining the leftovers from the week. I can’t recommend this experience enough. Please go see Rocco and Carla.

We had a great time at Rocco and Carla! Rocco could tell us a lot about Italian kitchen and how to recognize fresh fish for example. Carla showed us her techniques for making pasta. And overall there was a really good atmosphere. The recipes we made were delicious and they were also sent to us afterwards, so we can try them at home.

We booked this cooking class to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary, and it was hands-down the best, most memorable meal of our entire Amalfi Coast trip!!! Staying in Praiano Rocco and Carla welcomed us like family, teaching us their own generational recipes using fresh ingredients they grow themselves — you could taste the difference in every bite!!!! We cooked, laughed, and then sat down to enjoy it all together with their homemade grappa and wine which is DELICIOUS!!! They are Warm, generous, and completely unforgettable… If you're visiting Praiano, don't miss this experience!!!!

A taste of the craft of simple Italian cooking and a peek into life in Praiano. Rocco taught us about the area and was an expert given his centuries of family heritage in the area. Carla taught us how to make many pasta shapes which was so fun and I'm excited to recreate at home! We even got to meet their children and share stories of our lives with the other tourists and our hosts. Lovely family and a great experience

Real, genuine, and authentic Italian food from a generous family that brings you into their home. Best place to experience real Italian culture with experts. Much better than a touristy cooking class with party music. The view and food were incredible.

Highly recommend Bé Genuine Cooking Class! Such an authentic, family-run experience in Praiano. Rocco and his wife Carla were so welcoming and taught us how to make fresh pasta from scratch, including gnocchi, bow ties and different pasta shapes. We learned their family recipes, enjoyed homemade wine and appetizers, and ended the evening eating the meal we made together. Everything felt so genuine and personal, and you can tell how much love they put into the experience. We also lucked out with such a fun group! If you’re looking for an authentic cooking class in Praiano, definitely add this to your trip. 🤌🇮🇹 P.S. Be prepared for the stairs 😂 but it’s worth it!

This cooking class was great! Rocco and Carla hosted us in their home. They have a nice outdoor kitchen space on their property that they held class in. The class size was only 6 people. Carla taught us how to make a stuffed zucchini appetizer, homemade pasta, and some dessert. All 3 were delicious! Rocco served us tons of great homemade wine. Rocco is a trained sommelier and Carla is a chef, so everything was perfect. I can’t recommend this enough!
