Trefpunt en check-in onder ons blauw-witte prieel "Positano Boats", gelegen aan het hoofdstrand van Positano "Spiaggia Grande". We raden aan om 10 minuten voor vertrek van de tour te komen, voorspeld om 9.00 uur in Positano. Er is ook de mogelijkheid om vanuit Praiano te vertrekken: vanaf het strand van la Gavitella of vanaf het strand van Marina di Praia.
Tijdens je reis naar Capri kom je de Witte Grot tegen, waar je kunt stoppen om wat foto's te maken en, als de zeecondities goed zijn, zal je matroos je rondleiden door de grot door de fantastische geheel witte holte binnen te gaan met de boeg van de boot.
Je rondreis over het eiland Capri zal doorgaan met het bewonderen en passeren van de historische natuurlijke boog.
Tijdens de cruise langs de kustlijn van Capri zult u de iconische villa Malaparte bewonderen, een van de meest unieke en boeiende privéwoningen van het eiland. Dramatisch gelegen op een rotsachtige klif met uitzicht op de zee, is deze buitengewone villa een meesterwerk van moderne architectuur, perfect vermengd met het omliggende wilde landschap. Gebouwd in de jaren 1930 door de schrijver Curzio Malaparte, is de villa bekend om zijn opvallende geometrische ontwerp en de monumentale trap die leidt naar een panoramisch dakterras, met een adembenemend uitzicht over het kristalheldere water. Het is alleen bereikbaar over zee of via een schilderachtig pad en blijft een van Capri's meest exclusieve en gefotografeerde bezienswaardigheden.
Je passeert onder de Faraglioni-rotsen, een van de meest romantische landschappen van Capri. Waar je wat foto's, video's kunt maken en betoverd kunt worden door het landschap.
Historisch switchback verhard voetpad zichtbaar vanaf het water in de buurt van Marina Piccola.
Eenmaal aangekomen bij Marina Piccola, heeft u ongeveer 4 uur vrije tijd om Capri in uw eigen tempo te verkennen. U kunt genieten van een verfrissende duik in Marina Piccola strand, bezoek het centrum van de stad en de beroemde Piazzetta, ontdek de tuinen van Augustus, wandelen langs de Via Krupp, een wandeling door de charmante straatjes, bladeren elegante Italiaanse boetiekjes, of gewoon ontspannen en genieten van de sfeer. U heeft ook genoeg tijd om te genieten van een maaltijd op het eiland. Houd er rekening mee dat de lunch niet is inbegrepen in de prijs van de ervaring; maar als u aanbevelingen wilt, zal onze schipper graag een aantal uitstekende lokale restaurants voorstellen. Voordat u van boord gaat, zal de kapitein u alle details verstrekken met betrekking tot de ontmoetingsplaats en de exacte instaptijd voor uw terugkeer.
Terug aan boord, als de zee het toelaat en op advies van uw matroos, nadert u de magische groene grot om het kristalheldere water te bewonderen.
U passeert de Punta Carena en de vuurtoren, die zich aan de zuidwestelijke kant van het eiland Capri bevindt.
Onze boot stopt bij de ingang van de grot, waar u wordt overgebracht naar een kleine roeiboot die wordt beheerd door de Coöperatie Battellieri van Capri, de enigen die toegang hebben tot de grot. Het bezoek aan de Blauwe Grot is niet altijd gegarandeerd, omdat de opening van de grot afhankelijk is van het weer en de zeeomstandigheden. In het hoogseizoen kunnen de wachttijden vrij lang zijn, vaak rond de 20-30 minuten of meer. Om deze reden is het bezoek aan de Blue Grotto een beslissing die door alle gasten aan boord collectief wordt genomen. Houd er rekening mee dat het toegangsticket voor de grot niet bij de tourprijs is inbegrepen en direct ter plaatse kan worden gekocht.
U zult het dorp Marina Grande en zijn kleurrijke huizen, winkels en boten vanaf de Gozzo bewonderen.
Op de terugweg naar Positano* kunt u stoppen voor een ontspannende duik in het water van een prachtige baai, met schoon en kristalhelder water, dat de schipper nauwkeurig zal voorstellen. *Als je ervoor hebt gekozen om vanuit Praiano te vertrekken, kun je daar uitstappen zodra de tour is afgelopen. Houd er rekening mee dat de reisroute kan veranderen in termen van het weer en de zeecondities, of om andere redenen. Er is de mogelijkheid om het hele eiland rond te gaan en dan op pad te gaan om het eiland zelf te bezoeken.

- Het verzamelpunt in Positano is bij onze stand aan het hoofdstrand (Spiaggia Grande), gelegen in de Via del Brigantino, om 8:45 uur. De stand is gemakkelijk te herkennen aan het bord “Positano Boats”. Het vertrek van de tour is gepland voor 9.00 uur.
- Vertrek is ook mogelijk vanaf Praiano, bij Marina di Praia, om 8:30 uur. Het ontmoetingspunt is bij de hoofdsteiger van Marina di Praia. Houd er rekening mee dat het verplicht is om het bedrijf vooraf te informeren als u opgehaald wilt worden van deze locatie.
- Vertrek is ook mogelijk vanaf Praiano, bij La Gavitella, om 8:40 uur. Het ontmoetingspunt is bij de hoofdsteiger van La Gavitella. Houd er rekening mee dat het verplicht is om het bedrijf vooraf te informeren als u opgehaald wilt worden van deze locatie.
- Als het bedrijf niet wordt geïnformeerd over de noodzaak om opgehaald te worden van Praiano, wordt aangenomen dat u deelneemt aan de tour vanuit Positano.

I did not think going to Capri was worth it - it is very touristy. Positano is prettier. Would have rather had more time on the boat. Blue Grotto was not an option, b/c so many people want to go, there was a 2.5 hour to transfer to the rowboats for entry. The ocean and rock formations were gorgeous though! Swimming was perfect.

Boat pick up at la gavitolla Beach was amazing. The ride to Capri was choppy. The 4 hours in Capri were fine. Meeting back at the boat was rough. People were yelled at for returning early, the people that returned late weren't. Kind of a double standard.

This was one of the best excursions we did while in Italy. The boat was great. We had time to explore the island. Unfortunately the tide was too high in the afternoon to do the Blue Grotto, but everyone enjoyed swimming instead.

Francesco was great! He shared a lot of the history and stopped at different locations throughout the tour for some good pics. We would have wished to have stopped at the blue grotto but it appeared we were talked out of it and the majority of the passengers wanted to stop. He did however share we could get there from shore which some did but had to pay extra 150 per person to get there

I would bring a lot of sunscreen and hats as there is not much shade at all on the boat for an all day excursion. They split the group up to front and back of the boat for weight distribution. Overall was a good ride til they stop by the grottos -be prepared caz when the boat settles a bit it rocks on the water so for those who get sea sick this might be where it happens. Be mindful of the heat in June! Staff was fun, played music on the boat, and you get water, soft drinks or prosecco. Wish they offered us waters early in the ride. On the way back there is a beautiful swim spot for those who want. That’s a nice way towards ending the trip. We had Christian as the skipper who was fun and great. The time on Capri was short-4 hours-so you have to decide if you want to do Anacapri and the chairlift or stay lower part of Capri. If you do the chairlift-I advise getting in a taxi line and or share a taxi with those going up to chairlift to split costs (about 30-40euro one way). There’s major lines for the cab up, then you wait in line for chairlift, 15mins on lift, then back down via cab line. Be mindful of time. The cab ride was nice. Easy to book and pick up spot easy to find on Positano. Boat did not feel too crowded at all.

It was a perfect day! Christian was an excellent skipper and host - very courteous, knowledgable, and helpful. We marveled about him not needing a first mate - he did it all! He maneuvered into the green and white grottos, took pictures of everyone at the most iconic spots, and delivered drinks to us when needed. Fantastic day on the water visiting Capri!
