Of je nu een fijnproever bent, een beginnende chef-kok of een ervaren chef-kok, wijnexpert of gewoon graag geniet van goede wijn en lekker eten, dit is de perfecte ervaring! Leer je weg in een Italiaanse keuken tijdens deze boer-tot-bord-ervaring, inclusief een bezoek aan de terrastuinen en kookles, aangevuld met een 4-gangenmaaltijd. Oogst verse ingrediënten uit de moestuin en laat u leiden door een deskundige chef-kok terwijl u Italiaanse lokale gerechten maakt, zoals bruschetta, pasta en gevulde courgettebloemen. Geniet van de intieme en vriendelijke sfeer van een kookles in een kleine groep, proef typische lokale producten en geniet van de gerechten die je hebt bereid, aangevuld met lokale wijn.

- Omdat we alleen verse, seizoensgebonden ingrediënten gebruiken uit onze moestuinen en lokale leveranciers en boerderijen, zal het kooklesmenu variëren afhankelijk van het seizoen en de beschikbaarheid van de producten op de dag van de les.
- Alle gasten, ongeacht of ze deelnemen aan de activiteiten, betalen de leskosten en moeten ouder zijn dan 7 jaar om toegang te krijgen tot de locatie (geen kinderen onder de 8 jaar).
- Door de aanwezigheid van trappen en oneffen en steile oppervlakken is deze activiteit niet geschikt voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn of rolstoelgebruikers.

We had such a fun day and experience, it was an absolute blast! I would recommend to anyone to do this outing! Delicious food and tons of laughs!

This experience was the best of my 2 week trip to Italy. The staff was so friendly and fun! Not to mention the delicious food that you get to make AND eat! The locations are spot on! The views were breathtaking ! I would give this a 100 out of 10! This is absolution a MUST DO!
My partner booked this cooking class as a surprise and it was absolutely amazing! The staff were so fun and made it so enjoyable for everyone. They firstly showed us around the fruit/vegetable and herb gardens so we could pick our own fresh foods to cook with. We then went over to the kitchen area where we got taught cooking techniques, which was made even better with bottomless wine of course! The group we were in all got on so well, we ended up having drinks in Amalfi after the cooking class. I cannot thank the team enough for making it such an unforgettable experience.
The only reason I gave this 5 stars is because I couldnt give it 6. Wonderful day, interactive, fun.
This was an amazing experience. We were met at the meeting point and taken to the farm. The staff introduced themselves and we got started learning about the farm and gathering ingredients for our dishes. We were shown traditional ways of preparing dishes and then we got to sit down as a group and enjoy the meal. We loved everyone, especially Denise and Gaia! A wonderful day with the best group! We would 100% recommend this tour to everyone!

The location and setting is fantastic, the cooking class is outside and has an incredible view of the ocean. The Amalfi Gardens staff are amazing, friendly and entertaining. And the food was yummy!!!
This was the best experience of our Italy vacation. Denise, our host, was delightful and welcoming. The chef, Antonio and his sous chef, Gulia, were magnificent. We had the best time and the food selection we made was fabulous. Don’t sleep on this event. A+++++++++++++++
Had a great time at this cooking class!! We made Gnocchi with 3 great hosts and a beautiful view. They made the experience amazing with their knowledge, music, and great wine with the associated food we cooked. My wife felt that this was one of the best experiences she had on our trip. We will definitely do it again if we return that area.
