Geniet van de heerlijke smaken van België tijdens deze food tour, waar een Expert lokale Gids je rondleidt in Brugge om lokale specialiteiten te proeven en je het verhaal achter hun smaak te vertellen. De talrijke voorbeelden zijn inbegrepen en de tour is gebaseerd op fooien, dus vergeet niet om geld mee te nemen voor de Gids als je ervan genoten hebt. De tour eindigt in een lokale brouwerij met een gratis biertje!

We ontmoeten elkaar op het centrale plein van Brugge voor een korte introductie en een frietje bij een van de groene kraampjes op het plein. Nadat onze gids je het verhaal van de friet heeft verteld, noem je ze nooit meer friet!
Volgende op het menu zijn wafels, een populaire traktatie sinds de middeleeuwen. We vertellen je de oorsprong van het eten en bieden je een voorproefje.
In dit ambachtelijke winkeltje proef je een heerlijk lokaal snoepje dat we verborgen proberen te houden voor de rest van de wereld.
Vervolgens staat er een chocoladetraktatie op het menu, handgemaakt in Brugge. Onze gids vertelt je het verhaal van chocolade en laat je proeven van truffels, heerlijke balletjes met zachte chocoladevulling.
De tour eindigt in de meest romantische brouwerij van Brugge met een uitleg van het bierbrouwproces en een proeverij van hun belangrijkste brouwsel: het Bourgogne des Flandres-bier!

Our fantastic tour guide, Natalie, was very informative and effortlessly guided us around Bruges. Her young assistant was also very knowledgeable. Great tasting experiences with lots of interesting facts shared. Highly recommend
He is a funny and likable guy with a unique sense of humor mixed with the necessary knowledge for the tour. The best part is everything we tried with him thanks to his contacts; the experience is good and we were left satisfied, you almost don't need to eat afterward.
Really enjoyed this tour. Martin was very friendly and knowledgeable and gave us tips on where to go to get the best food.
I was in Bruges for only one day and decided to take the tasting tour, it couldn't be better, the guide Juan really surprised me, he has the ability to catch you with the story of every food you try, I totally recommend it.

Juan is a very good guide; he knows a lot about the history, customs, and legends of Bruges and Belgium. Today we visited the best places for typical Belgian specialties with him: chocolate, waffles, fries, and beer... there were tastings everywhere, and Juan talked about their production and significance to the population, a great experience.
The tour was awesome and Juan was very attentive to us, he taught us a lot of history and gave us very good tips.
Our experience with Astrid, our gastronomic tour guide was quite fun. We ended up being a very small group, only 3 people, including my husband and I but that only meant more food for us :) Since it was a smaller group it was very nice to talk more with the tour guide. We ended up having a nice variety of Belgian products to try including 2 types of waffles, pralines, fries and beer. As residents of Belgium, some things weren't so astounding to us but the vibes were nonetheless very nice and Astrid was very nice in explaining the better places to get waffles, fries, pralines and beer. The tour ended with a nice cup of Belgian beer that was very tasty and a fun chat. The tour wasn't too long and just enough to get a little taste of the main bites of Bruges. The tour itself is free apart from the little fee you pay to the platform you book through and it is based on a "tip to pay" basis so it falls to you and how much you enjoyed the tour. We would recommend this tour to anyone who has just arrived in Bruges, and it's their first time in Belgium and thus hasn't tried yet the 4 most important menu items, waffles, Belgian pralines, beer and fries.
The tour is very complete and they tell you a lot about history. The guide Juan is excellent, very kind, and gives very good recommendations 🙂
