This was a great experience for beginners or non-beginners. I would highly recommend while visiting Bruges. Our guide was very knowledgeable and patient.
It's messy but fun. Everyone in the class was friendly. People were from numerous countries. There was downtime as candy needed to be refrigerated/frozen. Our candies came out quite well. I did have some difficulty understanding the instructor.
Great experience and great teacher. Loved learning how to make Pralines and Genache. We had so much fun and had alot of chocolate to take home with us.
Sabina was outstanding!!! Her class was exceptional. We made delicious chocolates, sampled plenty during the class, and brought a LOT home. Not to mention the delicious hot chocolate. Highly recommend this class!!
Very interesting and delicious experience.
A lot of fun and a lot of knowledge! Our group leader knew exactly what she was doing and it was fun to follow her.
Very nice and fun course, competent and well explained. Unfortunately, the finished chocolates were not cooled through properly and broke... therefore unfortunately only 3 stars
A fun 2.5 hours of learning to make pralines and taste, taste, taste. A small group of six people was really enjoyable. The instructor was very hands on to guide us through the process. We worked with a very high quality chocolate and you walk away with a delicious blend x of chocolates that you naked yourself
So much fun and delicious for us and the kids! The guides were great, chocolate making was fun and the end product was awesome. Hot chocolate at the end with our leftovers was a great surprise also!
We really enjoyed the chocolate workshop, our guide explained what we had to do very clearly, and it was great fun designing and making our own chocolate which we could then take away with us afterwards. The chocolate museum was very interesting taking us through the history of chocolate production and consumption, with interactive parts for children. Overall a great experience!
