The instructions were fine, along with a map provided by the Tour company. I didn’t quite understand when booking with Tripadvisor how this would all work, but it was through a Local contact. But she was very responsive and easy to work with.

Very nice communication via whatsapp with the contact person, very helpful. This trip is not doable in the heat with a child, extremely long lines in the heat, so we didn't really get to enjoy ourselves. We will definitely be back again.

Nice experience but for the places inside the square, it would be better to communicate more clearly that they are not included in the ticket and thus give the opportunity to book them.

Better to join a tour. Bring an umbrella and expect to wait in line for at least an hour to get on the cable car.
