Ontsnap aan de drukke straten van Brugge en ontdek de rustige schoonheid van het Vlaamse platteland tijdens deze begeleide E-Bike tour van een halve dag naar de Nederlandse grens. We laten de historische stadsmuren achter ons en fietsen rechtdoor een vlak, groen landschap in met rustige landweggetjes, landbouwgrond, grachten en traditionele windmolens. Dankzij de e-bike is de rit ontspannen en toegankelijk, waardoor u optimaal kunt genieten van het landschap. Onderweg deelt uw Gids fascinerende verhalen over de regio, waaronder de militaire ambities van Napoleon en de lokale oorlogsgeschiedenis. Een van de hoogtepunten van de tour is het oversteken van het kanaal op een klein handbediend pontje bij het charmante dorpje Hoeke, een authentieke ervaring. Halverwege de tour nemen we een pauze van 30 minuten in een lokale bar waar u kunt genieten van een Belgisch biertje of frisdrank (niet inbegrepen).

This cycle ride in the beautiful Belgian countryside is a must do. The e-bikes are in great condition. The scenery, through fields and farmland and alongside canals, is so pretty that words fail me. Plenty of animals and birdlife- even storks! to see along the way. We were in a group of six riders and Kym was our guide. She grew up in the area and is friendly and happy to share interesting information. She took us to a lovely bar/restaurant and we enjoyed a drink in the courtyard before continuing back to Bruges. Excellent value for money and I would love to do the ride again. Thanks Kym.

This is a beautiful long ride bike ride through stunning Flemish countryside. Highly recommend e-bikes as there can be a lot of head wind. Bike shop owner was our most excellent guide.
Easy ride on an e-bike. Beautiful countryside and our guide was very informative as he grew up in the area and shared the history.
What a wonderful way to spend an afternoon, cycling through the Belgian countryside. Our guide Kim was so patient with us and so knowledgeable of so much history and interesting pieces of information. The bikes were a dream to ride for a couple of ‘older’ participants. The refreshment at the beautiful little village was the icing on the cake.
