- Gewichtsbeperkingen : Voor een boeking van één enkele passagier met een gewicht van 230 pond of meer, moet een gecombineerd gewicht (2 passagiers) van 400 pond of meer of voor groepen van 3 of meer een gemiddeld gewicht van 190 pond of meer een extra stoel worden gekocht op het moment van boeking. Elke passagier van meer dan 250lbs, ongeacht wat het gecombineerde gewicht is, moet een comfortstoel kopen. Dit is voor de veiligheid en het comfort van alle passagiers aan boord.
- ALLEEN UW MOBIELTJE IS AAN BOORD TOEGESTAAN. GEEN ANDER CAMERAAPPARAAT IS TOEGESTAAN! Air Maui zal een lanyard voor passagiers mobiele telefoon die zal worden gedragen rond hun nek te allen tijde tijdens de vlucht bieden. Passagiers moeten tijdens de vlucht altijd één hand aan hun telefoon houden. Air Maui is niet verantwoordelijk als u uw telefoon verliest.
- Kinderen moeten minstens 10 jaar of ouder zijn om deuren uit te gaan. Een volwassene moet iedereen van 10 - 18 jaar begeleiden. Alleen leeftijd 16+ kan op een rand/buitenstoel zitten.
- Geen hoeden, tassen, zonnebrillen of losse voorwerpen toegestaan. Wij bieden een bril die u verplicht bent te dragen. Als u een bril op sterkte hebt die prima is, draag dan het kleinste paar of de kleinste contactlenzen, omdat deze onder de bril moeten gaan.
- Moet dichte tenen schoenen of sandalen die riem aan je enkels dragen. Geen slippers of glijbanen.
- Lang haar moet in een knot of vlecht worden gebonden.
- Air Maui voorziet elke passagier van een windjack voor alle passagiers om te dragen tijdens de vlucht.
- Annuleringsvoorwaarden : Geen restituties of herschikking binnen 48 uur van de vliegtijd. Voor groepen van 12 of meer 7 dagen van tevoren is vereist.
- Alle passagiersnamen en gewichten MOETEN worden geadviseerd op het moment van boeking. Onder representatie van lichaamsgewicht kan leiden tot annulering bij het inchecken zonder restitutie.
- Niet rolstoeltoegankelijk. Er is geen rolstoellift voor rolstoelpassagiers en het personeel kan mensen niet persoonlijk/fysiek in de helikopter helpen
- Helikopter is een gedeelde hut van 6 passagiers en een piloot op elke vlucht.
- Niets in je zakken. Indien van toepassing houden wij autosleutels op kantoor terwijl u vliegt.
- Klanten moeten betalen voor parkeren met de QR-code bij de ingang van de helihaven. We hebben de QR-code ook in ons kantoor. ALLEEN CREDITCARD.
- Vluchtroutes & bezienswaardigheden kunnen variëren als gevolg van het weer.

This helicopter ride blew the doors off (no pun intended lol) Richie was an amazing! Not only because of his knowledge but also his great sense of humor the whole flight. I would recommend asking to be seated behind the pilot or to be seated in the front if you are taller than 6 feet because there no is no leg room. Overall it was a breathtaking experience and would definitely do it again!

This was one of the most amazing excursions I have ever been on. We saw the most amazing landscape that can only be seen via helicopter. The pilot was awesome and all the ladies in the office were amazing.

This was an amazing experience! Better than we could have possibly imagined. From start to finish our pilot Cameron made us feel safe and was a superb guide as well as a pilot. He narrated the entire flight and was super knowledgeable. We would absolutely do it again!

If I could give this tour more than 5 stars I would. I am so glad we booked the doors off tour. We were extremely blessed with perfect weather, a double rainbow, and all waterfalls flowing. The views are truly stunning. The helicopter was a thrill to ride in and my 9 year old felt a lot more comfortable with a seat right next to the pilot.

Every staff member was professional, friendly, and organized, making the entire experience seamless. We absolutely loved the doors-off flight. This was the best excursion, and I highly recommend it. It was worth every penny, and it was my favorite part of the whole trip. You will see waterfalls and views that you can only see from a helicopter or plane.
