In ongeveer 3 uur kun je leren en mee naar huis brengen van de grote traditie van de Italiaanse keuken met gerechten samengesteld met lokale en seizoensgebonden producten. This was a great experience! Chef Antonio was very informative and entertaining. If you want to participate in making a great gourmet meal from high quality locally grown and curated ingredients, this is a must.
Antonio was awesome. He was funny and answered all of questions. He was helpful with direction and the view from the prep table couldn’t be beat. Definitely would recommend to anyone for a fun half day.

My wife and I I had an amazing cooking experience with Chef Antonio! We requested Senza Glutine and we made Senza Glutine Gnocchi with pesto. In addition to that he was extremely knowledgeable and kind. Would definitely recommend this to anyone that wants a delicious cooking class and learn more about cooking like Chef Antonio.
Chef Antonio was amazing! We used all fresh ingredients from his family’s garden to make gnocchi with pesto and tiramisu! Loved being hands on and getting pictures with an amazing backdrop of the coast behind us. It was so good we came back for dinner!
Such a great personable experience learning from Antonio! Such a friendly person and we had many laughs during our experience. Food was amazing and we loved trying the local products! Would recommend this experience to everyone!
We had the best time learning to cook traditional Italian dishes with Chef Antonio! He was also able to accommodate my daughter who has Celiac disease with a completely gluten free menu and a private lesson with his father-in-law Chef Antonio! The food was delicious, the people welcoming & fun and view spectacular!We stayed in Positano and the class was an easy ride on the bus & quick walk up the hill. Definitely book this class!!
Our family absolutely loved cooking with Antonio! Excellent accommodations for my Celiac daughter! We will be talking about this class for years to come between the fun atmosphere, new friends from around the world and delicious food & wine! Did I even mention the incredible view! This class is a must do if you’re traveling near the Amalfi Coast!!
Antonio & Arianna were terrific hosts & teachers! It was a bit pricey, but we had a really fun time together & I’m excited to make these recipes we learned at home in the future!
Chef Antonio was great and we thoroughly enjoyed the class —- but he was not expecting us despite viator telling us we were “confirmed”. However, chef was flexible and so were we. We joined a later class (chef fed us and poured some wine while we waited) and learned to cook a delicious meal!
