Tijdens je eerste bezoek leer je alle stappen om de heerlijke mousserende drank te maken, Met andere woorden, je wordt expert. Aan het einde van uw bezoek voor de proeverij heeft u de keuze uit 3 verschillende champagnes om te proeven, waaronder 1 vintage.
In het tweede huis laat ik je een premier cru-dorp ontdekken dat uitstekend is vanwege zijn pino munier en zijn elegantie, een gemakkelijk te drinken champagne voor elke dag. Tijdens uw bezoek ziet u de kelders die zijn gegraven door de Gallo-Romeins om er tijdens de oorlog te wonen. Bij de proeverij krijgt u 3 verschillende champagnes om zelf uit te kiezen om te proeven met verschillende mengsels van druivensoorten en verschillende jaren.
Lunch in een prachtig restaurant in het dorp Hautvillier, de geboorteplaats van de champagne, bekend als het dorp van Dom Perignon. Lokale producten met meerdere keuzes champagne en heerlijke gerechten. De echte plek om goed te eten en champagne van goede kwaliteit te proeven.
Meer dan dat we daar zullen zijn in het dorp Dom Pérignon, de vader van champagne, zullen we zijn kerk bezoeken en ook zijn tombe waar hij begraven ligt, daarna zal ik je het beste uitzicht laten zien van de adembenemende regio waar we de sabering zullen doen champagne en je ontvangt een diploma dat je mag houden als aandenken aan het feit dat je de champagne succesvol hebt gekraakt.
Daarna hebben we nog een proeverij in een familiehuis waar je 3 verschillende glazen champagne krijgt die je zelf hebt gekozen met verschillende jaren en een of meer druivensoorten.
Daarna gaan we naar Epernay, de hoofdstad van de champagne. We bezoeken de avenue de Champagne, de rijkste en beroemdste laan ter wereld met prachtige villahuizen en kastelen.
Na deze dag gevuld met gouden bubbels word je rond Reims of Épernay afgezet bij je hotel, treinstation.

I told him i won’t write e negative review but he didn’t show up!! (Sent a non English speaking driver instead) The tour guide accommodated the tour and ensured i got the date i required but nonchalantly 12 hours before the tour started said he can’t make it and sending someone else. The driver was pleasant and professional but couldn’t speak English. He didn’t even bother to check or ask during and after the tour!!!! Unprofessional and disrespectful. The tour line up was a starter kit and easy to get appointments - so get the itinerary and do it yourself!

I asked you if you still wanted to do it or if I should cancel so you could get a full refund. You wanted to continue. Next time when you come, it will be me, 100% as usual. This champagne tour could not have gone better. Due to a strike at the airport we got to Reims mid-morning and missed our first stop but David was all ready for us to move from there. He made accommodations to get our bags to the hotel while we just carried on for 2.5 days in Champagne. The stops, the explanations, the extras...were all fantastic. We gave a few "must-dos" to him (and Larry his planning partner) and they put the rest together. Then he helped us get our rental car for our drive to our next stop in Chablis.
