Ontmoet elkaar aan het VVV-kantoor van Epernay om 09:35 uur, langs de iconische Avenue de Champagne. Ga naar het platteland van Champagne voor een onvergetelijk e-bike avontuur. Fiets door Premier- en Grand Cru-dorpen, geniet van adembenemende uitzichten op wijngaarden die op de UNESCO-lijst staan en bezoek Hautvillers, de geboorteplaats van Champagne, waar Dom Pérignon begraven ligt. Na de rit keert u terug naar een champagnedomein voor een keldertour, proeverij en een traditionele Franse lunch met lokale specialiteiten (dieetbehoeften tegemoetgekomen). Belangrijke opmerkingen: Deelnemers moeten zelfverzekerde fietsers zijn, want e-bikes zijn zwaarder dan standaard fietsen. Afzetten: 15:15 uur in Epernay. Neem een hervulbare waterfles mee; navullingen zijn beschikbaar. Boek treinen van tevoren. De tour wordt niet gerestitueerd voor treingerelateerde problemen.

The trip is worth the money, super cozy and exciting bike ride. Good lunch and fine champagne tasting. Our guide was also very fun and knew a lot about the area.
Great guide, knowledgeable. Gave us an enjoyable history lesson on the development of the area and new insights on winemaking.

Anne was a wonderful guide. We had a great informative mini tour first then off on our bikes through endless vineyards, so beautiful. We returned back to a delicious lunch paired with champagne and wine. Really great experience

We had a very interesting and informative day with Susanne who guided us through such beautiful villages in Champagne on our bikes. Lunch was delicious and catered very well for the vegetarians in our party.

The temperature was about to hit 40 degrees Celsius so that cycle trip was cancelled. However, we were immediately offered the same trip but in a mini van - with air conditioning. Wonderful afternoon, amazing lunch, fabulous wines, ports and of course champagnes. Tasty and super interesting - our guide was McCain, very relaxed and knowledgable

It was 92 degrees out and I was dreading this outing a bit, however, the beauty of the surroundings, the warmth and knowledge of our guide Suzanne, and the delicious lunch made short work of my qualms. The tour of the vineyards, the cellar and the ride along the canal were, without doubt the highlight of an already fabulous trip to France. I’m so very glad I treated myself to this experience.
