The driver was very professional and helped us find parking for our car and assisted us in downloading the app. When we returned we had a $60 ticket on our windshield. When we arrived at our third stop the castle was closed. We were very disappointed since this was the one we really wanted to see. I would like to respectfully request a partial refund due to the tour was for three locations.

Local authorities manage parking enforcement, which is unfortunately outside of our control. While our driver assisted with parking and the payment app, it remains the responsibility of the vehicle user to ensure that parking is correctly paid for and validated. Regarding the itinerary, it is provided as a suggested route, and the opening times of attractions can occasionally vary without notice. For this reason, we always recommend prioritising key locations or checking availability in advance. Our drivers are also happy to adjust the route on the day, where possible. Please note that the tour operates at the guests’ preferred pace, and time spent at each location can affect the ability to visit all planned stops. If you spent more time at the other locations, it may have limited the time available to visit the final stop. We do take all feedback seriously and appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
