Borobudur culturele en avontuurlijke trip
Beschrijving
We combineren de ervaringen van cultuur, natuur en avontuur door te genieten van de zonsopgang vanaf een heuvel met de achtergrond van de Borobudur-tempel en vulkanen in Midden-Java. Daarna zullen we een van de meest actieve vulkaan van Merapi, de vulkaan van Indonesië, verkennen. Stop bij enkele leuke plekken en thuisindustrieën. op de terugweg naar het hotel bezoeken we de tempels van Mendut en Pawon.

Bezoek en verken de Borobudur-tempel bij zonsopgang om de zonsopgang te zien
Stop bij een kleine boeddhistische tempel genaamd Candi Pawon
Kom langs bij een lokale koffiehuisindustrie
Bezoek de oudste boeddhistische tempel in de omgeving, ga de kamer binnen met de drie Bodhisatva-beelden van 3 meter hoog.
Het dorp Babadan is het laatste dorp op de helling van de Merapi-vulkaan, waar de uitkijkpost voor de vulkaan sinds de jaren 60 staat om de vulkanische activiteiten te bekijken en te observeren.

Visnu was the perfect guide, local, friendly and always there. I was impressed by the architectical side and history of Borobudur. We were allowed in little groups and certain time so the visit was peaceful, you could take time to admire all the ‘stupa’s and the landscape. Afterwards we went on a 1 hour trip in a jeep to the Merapi Vulcane where you could see the impact of the last eruption in 2010. It was very interesting. Thank you so much for all your extra explanation and care. I hope to see you one day on a concert of Dana Winner in Belgium. 🙏🙏🙏😊 Ella

Visnu, who lives locale and next to Borobudur was my perfect guide, he picked me up from the train station and took care of me during my 2 days stay at Borobudur. The bouddha monument asks respect, the architectical details are impressive and the history interesting. Since Covid only small groups at the time are allowed to step on the monument, which makes it peaceful everybody, no vandalism and overcrowding anymore. Visumu told a lot extra about the area and was always exactly on time to pick me up. We also went to some smaller tempels, where you had little Indonesian shops where you could see their crafts and arts and but souvenir if wanted. We finally drove to Merapi Vulcane where we had a tour of an hour with a jeep. This was very interesting as you could see the impact on the fauna and flora and on the people of the last big eruption of the active Vulcane in 2010 where many people died.
