Een bezoek wordt afgeraden voor kinderen jonger dan 10 jaar of kinderen met een hartaandoening of een nerveuze instelling.

- De shows zijn beschikbaar in het Duits en Engels. Voor Engelstalige shows selecteert u de touroptie "Engelse tour". Als u wilt deelnemen aan een rondleiding in de Duitse taal, selecteert u de touroptie "Duitse tour".
- Let op: vanwege het hogere aantal bezoekers in het hoogseizoen, zijn er mogelijk korte wachttijden
- Alleen toegankelijk voor niet-elektrische rolstoelen, behalve de ritten
- Vanwege speciale en lichteffecten is de attractie mogelijk niet geschikt voor mensen met ernstige zenuwaandoeningen

This is good for children below 10 but very boring for adults (or even teenagers).
What a wonderful experience this was. The entire dungeon was so well done and the employees and staff were so nice to help us out with a mistake that we made on booking for the wrong date. I was able to show them the mistake and they accommodated us to be able to view the attraction.
We had booked a birthday group and had to do the tour with about 30 other people. Nowhere does it state that multiple groups do the tour at the same time. I did not see half of it because there were simply too many people in the room blocking the view. Furthermore, some machines in the building were out of order. I think the actors did a good job, but I did not find it scary.
It's a really good fun moment in Berlin, the actors got the show spooky and funny at the same time .
You shouldn't tell anyone else what they want to experience. Anyone who hasn't been to any other dungeons will love it and it's definitely recommended to check out Berlin's dungeons. Hamburg's dungeons are worlds better though;)
All what i am writing is against”headout” that i bought with them 3 tickets to the dungeon in Berlin in order to celebrate my birthday at 28/2/26. I did a mistake in the hour so I ordered to 11:40 instead of 14:40. Because it was so early in the morning, something about 7:30 instead the morning I thought that i will be very easy to change the tickets but the chat of headout was horrible and they didn’t want to help neither no the email team. They just didn’t answer for hours. This is the policy… No money back, nothing.
We were the only people on the tour and that was just fine. The staff didn’t reduce their performance one bit. Professional in every way. Informative, interactive and hilarious. We Highly recommended the Berlin Dungeon.
I didnt know what this was prior to booking but it probably was the most fun we had. There's plenty of history in the city and a lot of the tours can be heavy so the lightness of this tour was needed. Its felt like more of a haunted house than a tour. It was nice to sit back have a scare and lots of laughs. Highly recommend.
This was a good experience, the actors took you through some dark history about Berlin which was interesting as you walk through different areas of the dungeon. The actors were good, and at times quite funny, I would recommend this, however, not for everyone if ur a bit sqweemish.
Although the main attraction of the free fall is defective, the full admission fee is required. Otherwise entertaining entertainment.
