Knowledge Proficiency: Lena’s knowledge of history, politics and culture are extensive and she answered all our questions in a thoughtful and informative way. About the driver and transportation that we provide: Comfortable car and pleasant driver. About the restaurants that he/she chose for you: We enjoyed both restaurants especially the dumpling restaurant we visited on the first day.

Michael was a wonderful guide and we were able to see 6 amazing locations without feeling rushed. I loved the Summer Palace and Great Wall. What a great two days. I learned so much more than I would have had I visited solo and the tour was very well organized with a safe driver.

There were 13 of us the first day: Visited Forbidden City, Tiananmen Square and Summer Palace. Fantastic tour with lots of interesting info by our guide Jenny, who speaks excellent English. The next day with 9 men to Temple of Heaven and as icing on the cake the Great Wall of China. Breathtaking! 1st and 2nd day also included lunch. Nice bus with air conditioning and good driver. Was great!

Family trip to Beijing. Wife's first time so decided on a private tour for 2 days to see the highlights, the Forbidden City, Great Wall, Temple of Heaven and Summer Palace. Our guide was Kathy who meet us at our hotel and worked with us on our needs. We were off at 830am on our first day to see Tiananmen Square and then the Forbidden City. Kathy was full of information as we walked and helped take pictures of our famiy. We visited and climbed Jingshan Park to take pics of the city. We had a great lunch and went to visit the Temple of Heaven. At that point, Beijing was very warm and we decided to just head back to the hotel so the driver picked us up and we got back early. Next day Kathy came and we headed to the Great Wall. It was very crowded so we decided to just take the lift up and down (the skylift and toboggan lines were crazy). The Great Wall was probably a highlight of our trip. We spent a great deal of time hiking up. After the Wall, we went and had another great lunch. Then off to the Summer Palace where we had time to walk through the park. When we were done, we were dropped out at our hotel. We had a great time in Beijing and the tour was just the right amout of time for our family. Thanks Kathy and Catherine Lu for helping us arrange everything.
