Book Friday afternoon to go Saturday afternoon. The tour starts from the top of the city. A few hours earlier I was informed that there was a competition that affected transport. You couldn't get on by car, bus or taxi. I feel cheated as they should have told me when booking on Friday. That is known in advance. We lost €28 from four people who were going to do it.

I think they are scoundrels because I bought my 3 tickets and we had an incident and we delayed the start time of the visit and I advised the delay in writing to see if we could re-engage at the point where they were when we arrived and they did not answer me, I called and they also did not answer me and to top it off we go to the store and meet with closed doors. De cualquier forma nosotros damos todos los servicios si cumplen las condiciones y no nos quedamos el dinero de nadie. Ordenaremos la la devolución de cualquier manera para que reciba el importe (aunque no cumplan los requisitos para la devolución). Un saludo y sentimos que no hayan disfrutado de la actividad.
