Vervolgens gaat u verder naar Assos een heerlijk en kleurrijk dorpje genesteld op een charmant schiereiland. Assos, een van de weinige dorpen die de catastrofale aardbeving van 1953 heeft doorstaan, heeft nog steeds zijn authentieke Venetiaanse architectuur en unieke charme. Slenter door de kronkelende straatjes, bewonder de pastelkleurige huizen en bloeiende bloemen en verken het historische kasteel dat een prachtig uitzicht biedt op het dorp en de serene baai. Sluit uw avontuur af in Fiscardo, een levendig en pittoresk havendorp. Fiscardo is een gewilde bestemming voor jachten en beroemdheden, met een scala aan boetiekjes, gezellige cafés en goede restaurants langs de betoverende waterkant.

Als uw hotel niet op de lijst staat, voeg het dan toe aan de opmerkingen, zodat we in staat zijn om pick-up tijd en locatie te bieden. Ophaalinformatie wordt 24 uur voor de excursiedatum verstrekt. Verwacht een WhatsApp bericht of een telefoontje van ons! Als wij u niet kunnen bereiken wordt er een email gestuurd ter bevestiging. Als u in Lixouri verblijft en u wilt deze excursie bijwonen, is ophalen bij de haven van Argostoli. Voor deze tour is er geen ophaalservice beschikbaar vanuit de dorpen Agia Efimia, Sami, Fiscardo en Assos vanwege hun ligging buiten onze aangewezen ophaalzones. Deze tour is niet geschikt voor cruisepassagiers vanwege tijdgebrek. We raden je aan andere opties te overwegen die beter aansluiten bij je schema.

Very long day over 10 hours and you only see 3 places just over a hour each, mythos beach what's beautiful but, all the coach party that we spoke to just felt we were abandoning, no furciliity except 1 toilet and it was very very hot, would never use this company again.

Myrtos beach stunning, but no sun umbrellas, so take your own. Fiscardo nice but far too many people there off the boats. It's a shame as we were leaving, the boats left, so it was quieter. The jewel in this trip is Assos, absolutely stunning, worth the trip just for that. Lovely guide, great driver.

What a wonderful day made all the more special by our lovely guide Katerina and our great driver Babes. She was so accommodating ans extemely knowledgeable about Cephalonia. Ahe was happy to answer any questions we gad about the area.....and we felt very safe on the mountainous roads with our driver. Myrtos beach was beautiful and clean with crystal clear turquoise waters. Although at thua time of year no facilities were available. We then went to Fiskardo and had some lunch. Kefaloni meat pie and Robolla wine, as recommended by Katerina, were excellent. Fiskardo is a lovely port with restaurants and cafes, gift shops and pretty colourful houses. On to the smaller and less busy town of Assos with its pretty little harbour much quieter than the bustling Fiskardo. Then back to our starting point. Learnt a lot about Cephallonia,the land, its history and it people. A thouroughky enjoyable day.
