Trasporti Cracovia -> Zakopane
Sulla strada per Zakopane, visiterai il luogo in cui viene prodotto uno dei formaggi più unici al mondo. Highlanders - coloni locali, famosi per la produzione manuale di "oscypek". È un tipo di formaggio affumicato prodotto con latte di pecora. Le case di legno dove viene prodotto questo formaggio si chiamano "Bacówki". In una capanna di legno così piccola potrai provare diversi tipi di questo formaggio con diversi gradi di affumicatura e imparare come viene prodotto.

Essendo a Zakopane, è assolutamente necessario prendere la funivia per la cima di Gubałówka (1123 m s.l.m.). Un moderno vagone con tetto in vetro permette alla ferrovia di salire verso l'alto, ammirando meravigliosamente l'evidente disposizione a più piani della vegetazione dei Tatra con le cime delle alte montagne in Polonia. Ci sono molte attrazioni in cima, soprattutto, un meraviglioso panorama sui Monti Tatra, una vista ininterrotta della montagna Zakopane situata ai piedi della montagna e la possibilità di rilassarsi al sole. Nei giorni 06.10 - 10.10 la funivia Gubałówka sarà chiusa per lavori di manutenzione. Invece, il nostro tour viaggerà più in alto possibile in auto e farà una breve passeggiata fino al belvedere. Si ritiene che Zakopane sia il cuore dei Monti Tatra, quindi Kropówki è il cuore di Zakopane. Visiterai questa strada pedonale molto famosa, che è allo stesso tempo una piazza specifica della città e il suo punto focale. In ogni periodo dell'anno la via Krupówki è affollata di turisti che visitano i negozi e si recano nei ristoranti regionali situati lungo la strada. Fine trip that was very well organised and with a great guide. And nice to end the trip with the thermal baths. However too many souvenir-shops for my taste in Zakopane and on top of the funicular ride.

Great experience. Really good admission fee for the day trip. Length of visit about 10.5 hours from 8.25am pick up to 7pm drop off. Really good atmosphere and mini bus ride of about 20 people. Stepan (apologise if spelt wrong) was a great guide and Lucas was a great driver. About 1.5 hour drive out of Krakow then stops to see the wooden house, goat cheese and vodka tasting and then into Zakopane. There is a funicular up to the mountain at Zakopane and then the town to explore it was definitely more crowded at the top of the mountain but a lovely view. The thermal spa was a highlight lots of areas to explore and the 16+ area was so relaxing and chill!

We had heard so much about Zakopane and decided to take a tour rather than go by train. So glad we did! It was door to door service with excellent communication ahead of the pick-up point from our guide and driver Pawel. There were 7 of us in his spacious, immaculate vehicle and three different variations of the tour represented by all 7 passengers. Pawel was courteous, patient, accommodating throughout the day. He had excellent local knowledge and entertained us with facts and anecdotes as we headed towards Zakopane. We had a comfort stop, a stop off at a UNESCO village famed for its wooden houses and we got into one to observe a wood carver at work and another stop at a shepherds hut to sample smoked cheese and vodka! We were brought to the funicular railway in Zakopane and Pawel sorted out our tickets. We hadn’t opted to attend the thermal spa but those who did were given time to enjoy the sights at the magnificent viewpoint overlooking the Tatra mountains before Pawel drove them to the spa. Had we gone by train we would have missed out on so much. The price seemed expensive compared to public transport but we had a wonderful day full of rich experiences and made new friendships with our fellow passengers. We’ve always enjoyed escorted tours on previous holidays in Europe and this one was up there with the best days out at around £67 per head. It was approximately 12 hours from start to finish, in a very comfortable vehicle with an excellent guide. In context, Thousand Miles charged us the same as some golf buggy tours around the Old Town which lasted 1.5 hours! And the same price as a 30 minute trot in a horse drawn carriage around the square! Definitely recommend this trip with this company.

Absolutely lovely full day out. Mirek our tour guide was wonderful, so knowledgeable and explained in very clear english the history surrounding our trip, from visiting the wooden village to the vodka and cheese tasting to the wooden church and then onto Zakopane. A big special thank you to him.
