Il tuo viaggio ad Auschwitz inizierà con il prelievo da un hotel o appartamento da un luogo precedentemente determinato a Cracovia. Il viaggio da Cracovia ad Auschwitz dura circa 1,5 ore. Le informazioni sul conducente che ti verrà a prendere i numeri di telefono e il colore del veicolo che ti verrà a prendere, riceverai il giorno prima del viaggio previsto.
Quando arrivi ad Auschwitz, incontrerai la tua guida. Insieme entrerete nel museo e in meno di 2 ore di cammino vi mostrerà uno dei luoghi più oscuri della seconda guerra mondiale. Durante la tua visita in questo luogo vedrai: la porta "Arbeit mach frei", l'ultima camera a gas sopravvissuta e molte mostre con foto e resti di prigionieri
Dopo la pausa, l'autista ti condurrà al secondo campo, Auschwitz II Birkenau. Incontrerai di nuovo la tua guida davanti al cancello d'ingresso. Durante la passeggiata di oltre un'ora, la tua guida ti mostrerà il secondo campo, che era il più grande campo di concentramento costruito dai nazisti. From the start, the driver was on time with a very nice air conditioning van. The driver was very good because I had given him a shorten name on the email and he very kindly took it and said he would change it. The journey was very good and smooth to Auschwwitz. When we arrived he gave us back our new ticket with the name on it, then we went to the front of the queue and went through. When we got the back the driver was there waiting and took us Brikenau, when we arrived off the bus and again to the front of queue. When we finished he was there waiting for us to drive us back to our hotel. The journey was very smooth and comfortable. When we arrived in Karkow we were only the second drop. Really nice and professional company highly recommended
Our tour guide was excellent and incredibly knowledgeable about the history. The tour lasted around three hours as we visited Camps 1 and 2. It was an unforgettable experience—both fascinating and deeply emotional. It's impossible not to be moved by what happened here and by the unimaginable suffering that so many people endured. I have the utmost admiration for the survivors and those who have dedicated themselves to preserving the memory of these events. Having the strength to keep these places as a constant reminder of the past, so future generations never forget, is truly remarkable. It is a humbling experience that will stay with me for a long time.
Overall the tour was very good and the tour guide was excellent. The only criticism was simply the feeling of needing to move too quickly between the different areas. Not having enough time to take everything in. Leading to bypassing things.

We had a great time on our tour and everything was perfectly communicated and organised. Our pick up time was changed to 6am, which I think is a common occurrence with the tours, however we actually ended up preferring this! As it meant we were finished for around 12/12.30pm and still had rest of the day. Iza our driver was very lovely and was clear on instructions for meeting points etc and explaining the day ahead and always on time. The tour itself was amazing and our tour guide was very good and we didn’t feel too rushed, she even shared some personal stories which just added to the experience. I would definitely recommend booking with this company, although just maybe expect your time slot to be changed.
Excellent tour. Good communication prior to the trip. Minibus picked us up from a location of our choice. The driver was welcoming, gave us a safe drive to the site and was always on time for the handover of the group to and from the tour guide. Our guide for both camps was informative while setting exactly the right tone for this experience. Very knowledgable and answered all our questions, while also sharing his own experiences of people who had been in the camps, plus his wife’s family’s experience of living fairly locally and aiding escapees a couple of times during the war. Fascinating, poignant, horrific and worryingly relevant today. Thank you. For future participants, the second site has very little shade/shelter so a few people had umbrellas to use for the sun/rain, which I would do if I went again. One small additional point - the Mercedes minibus is a lovely spec but offers very limited leg room - uncomfortable/tricky for those over 6ft.

A very informative tour of Auschwitz and Birkenau. A harrowing insight into the horror that went on inside those camps. I did feel that the tour was a bit rushed with not much time for toilet and rest breaks. I would recommend comfortable shoes and taking drinks/food with you. I wouldn’t recommend this tour for anyone with walking difficulties due to the steps and the amount of walking. Also, it was difficult to understand our guide at times. I felt Birkenau would work better without a guide if you were given a map with descriptions of what each area was.

This tour was wonderful. It's such a difficult subject, but the driver was great and the tour guide (Anna) was just amazing. So knowledgeable and her presentation was just spot on. It's almost like you can't describe it. It's so powerful and important to visit. I would recommend this to everyone.
