Itinerario
Il tour inizia con il trasporto da Cracovia alla città di Wieliczka dove c'è una miniera di sale. Pick-up in autobus da un luogo prestabilito (hotel o altro luogo che si sceglie) in una data e ora specificata. Il trasporto dura circa 30 minuti.
Come parte della visita, riceverai un biglietto d'ingresso individuale alla miniera di sale e una tua guida parlante lingua professionale. La guida è disponibile in una delle lingue selezionate: inglese, tedesco, francese, spagnolo, italiano, russo. La visita alla Miniera di Sale si svolge in gruppi di massimo 30 persone. Riceverai anche un set di cuffie durante il tour. La miniera ha 9 livelli, sotterranei. Durante il tour imparerai a conoscere la storia dell'estrazione del sale in particolari periodi storici. Con una guida, visiterai un labirinto di corridoi e un complesso di camere tematiche dove sono presenti numerose sculture, cappelle scavate nella roccia e un lago sotterraneo. Senti il microclima unico della miniera, ideale per chi soffre di asma e allergie, e senti i benefici per la tua salute. Dopo aver completato il tour tornerai con un ascensore a terra. Dopo la visita della città, tornerai al parcheggio dove il tuo autista ti aspetterà.
Quando finisci di esplorare la miniera di sale e torni in macchina. L'autista ti porterà in un luogo prestabilito a Cracovia nel tuo hotel o nel centro storico, la piazza principale (secondo la tua decisione).

Lots of walking. But so worth it!! The tour guide had an amazing personality and sense of humor, kept everything very interesting, and really knew the history of the mines.
Lovely tour with lovely people. Driver was so kind and very informative about where to be and when. I highly reccomend.
Very rushed in busy times no chance to observe in peace at most crucial areas. No directions outside when exiting from large elevator hard to find way back to drop off area can take 15 min walk or longer

Evelyn is our guide was amazing. Not only knowledgeable but a great sense or humor! We had a child in our group who was quite naughty and not minding the rules and she was excellent in gently managing this professionally while maintaining a friendly tone and making sure that the salt mine remained save. Concerning the salt mine this is an amazing place that everybody should visit if they come to the city it is well worth the admission

Pickup was excellent, Marcel our driver was very friendly and super helpful to get us to and from the saltmine despite the disturbed traffic due to the Ironman event. The visit in the mine was good but disappointing on 2 items - first we could not visit the museum (we were not allowed unless waiting for one hour) and secondly the guide did not explain much on how salt was mined and/or used

I booked the hotel pick-up and drop-off service, but both the outbound and return trips stopped at locations some distance away from the hotel, which was not quite what I expected. The salt mine itself is spectacular and, in my opinion, a great attraction. However, perhaps because it was too crowded, the guide moved through each area very quickly and we had to keep moving forward without much time to stop and look closely or take photos. On the positive side, the transfer vehicle was excellent, the driver was friendly, and the restaurant at the salt mine had a very nice atmosphere.

We were picked up by our driver Matthew at 9.30 . He was very informative on the journey, pointing out landmarks and places of interest along the way. The salt mine tour was very well organised from start to finish with a very knowledgeable tour guide. I would highly recommend this tour.

Our driver to and from the mine was great. Thanks Matthew! Guide in the mine not quite as good. Audio quality a bit average, unfortunately. Mine itself is very interesting and unique. Worth a look.
