The driver Artur was excellent. He sent WhatsApp message when to expect him and a live map to follow his route. The mine was interesting but I didn't realise it would be 800 steps in total. There were plenty of stops for explanations and photos. On the way back Artur explained many of buildings as we passed which exceeded my expectations. Thank you Artur

Caspero (Casperrro) was punctual, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the area. The trip to and from the salt mines was smooth, and he shared interesting information along the way that made the experience even better. I would definitely recommend this trip to anyone visiting Kraków.

Marcel was excellent host, gave us advice on where best to go in Krakow. Picked up on time and drop off to anywhere we liked.

Our driver, Jakub, was very polite, courteous and knowledgeable about the area and the salt mine. He helped us through the queue and made regular contact with us at all times. Jakub made us feel important and made sure we know that our time was ours to spend as we wished. Our driver, Caspar, arrived on time and was most accommodating. I truly appreciated having everything prearranged and not having to wait in line and purchase tickets myself. The guide was knowledgeable and answered our questions. Caspar even dropped us at the castle on the return so we could continue out touring.

Excellent trip today with Cracow Tours. To Wieliczka Salt Mines. Our driver Casperro spoke very good English he kept us updated on pick up times from the hotel, gave us information on route about the itinerary and what to expect from the day. He also gave us advice on places to eat in Krakow as first time visitors. We then met our guide at the Salt Mines (Victor) he was very knowledgeable and quite funny at times, although I dont think everybody understood his jokes all the time. There are a lot of steps to negotiate in this tour but they are all down hill with a lift back to the surface. It looks like an traditional lift similar to ones used by the miners. It is very cramped but the lift only takes approx 1 minute to the surface. The only minor issue that we had was our intercom and earpiece which wasn't very clear when trying to listen to Victor's commentary, possibly partly to being underground or maybe being a little to far away from him when walking through the tunnels. This is not any fault of Cracow Tours though. I would highly recommend using them for Tours. The tour took approximately 2 hours underground it might take longer in busy times, we had about 40 mins to food and drinks afterwards before our return journey. Thank you Casperro.

Tour guide was amazing, it certainly was a lot of walking but very beautiful, and worth the visit. I would highly recommend going, booking was easy with hotel pick up and drop off. So everything was taken care of, all we had to do was be ready. Our driver was amazing too.
