Tour audioguidato di Wawel Hill

Descrizione

Osservalo mentre sputa fuoco vero ogni 10 minuti.

Pre-recorded tour to listen to on your own. No entry to inside the Wawel, just outside facilities. Had to reset all of ours devices as they were set to the wrong language (even after the personnel confirmed it was set to English as ordered). The timing was tight. The equipment pick up/drop off facility was far from the tour path. Information provided was just ok.
Dear Guest, thank you for your feedback. We apologize for the language setup inconvenience and the tight timing. The tour is specifically designed as an outdoor exploration of Wawel Hill, highlighting its exterior grounds and history. We appreciate your comments regarding the equipment pick-up location and will use them to help refine our guest instructions. Best regards, UnlimitedKrakowTeam
Very disappointing experience. Within 10 minutes of receiving the headphones and map, I gave up due to frustration. And returned the device. The map was confusing, only in Polish, and the directions were unclear. It was difficult to identify the monuments as they were not clearly labeled. In the end, I relied on Google Maps and Wikipedia instead. Clearer directions and multilingual maps would greatly improve the experience.
Thank you for your feedback, and we sincerely apologize for your frustration. We are very sorry to hear that the map was confusing and only in Polish; our materials should always be available in English for international guests. We are immediately reviewing our maps and audio directions to make them clearer and multilingual. We appreciate your insights to help us improve. kind regards, UnlimitedKrakow Team
Excellent audio tour. Own pace, stop for coffee. Very informative. Much better than wandering on your own not knowing exactly what you are seeing. Great value for money!
That was very nice. You could handle the time, the stops and hear the explanations again. To be recommended
This is a complete waste of time and money. No communication from vendor before hand, ticket does not include entrance to castle, misleading advert. We went straight to castle, walked the grounds and booked entrance tickets direct with castle. My advice book direct online with the castle. The castle itself is well worth a visit.
Very disapointed. We have not tickets and we have to take audio guide in other place that the Castle.
This was an individual tour at your own pace. We were provided a headset and this allowed us to go at our own pace. It showed a photo of the places of interest so that you could also visualise where you were going on the route. Enjoyable and would recommend.
The map was hard to follow and house #s were hard to find. I finally gave up. I had better experience just purchasising tickets on Wawel
Great, clear audio tour lasting around 2 hours. You were able to go at your own pace and equipment was good quality and easy to use. However, the pick up point is not near the attraction and we made the mistake of just heading to the castle, up a steep hill, only to be told we were in the wrong place. Eventually found it. The tour starts right from the ticket office which wasn’t explained very well so again had to walk back to the start. Once up and running, all was good, except the walk back to the ticket office to return the equipment. A drop box on site would have been more convenient. Good value for money though.
Pace yourself on your tour, no rush.. Simply collect your guide and off you go. Info in excellent just follow the instructions for a great time.
