Il gruppo scende i 378 gradini 64 metri fino al livello 1 dove riceve brevemente spiegazioni sulle norme di sicurezza nella miniera. La guida in lingua inglese ti porta 140 metri più in profondità sottoterra per un tour di 2,5 ore lungo quasi 3 chilometri. Il tour consiste in un regolare percorso turistico durante il quale scoprirai lunghi corridoi, camere uniche con incredibili intagli e statue fatte di sale. Ascolterai la leggenda di Santa Kinga e vedrai la sua incredibile cappella sotterranea. La guida spiegherà la routine quotidiana del minatore, le lotte dure e pericolose, sotto il lavoro. Avrai l'opportunità di conoscere tutto sull'estrazione del sale e ascoltare le storie sui tempi in cui il sale era chiamato oro bianco. Alla fine del percorso esplorerai il negozio di souvenir e lo snack bar. Da lì, tornare in superficie con l'ascensore ad alta velocità.

This is a scam! No one showen up, Nederländerna tried to contact me! We bought tickets by oure solfångare!
We showed up at the location designated to exchange our ticket and no one met us. I texted several times using the app for over 30 minutes and no one responded. There were also several other people waiting at the same place for their tickets. We all had to buy tickets from the venue. I want a refund.
Cancelled our tour with this company the day before because the they sent last minute times for me to choose from that were at least 3:45 hours different to the booked time of 12:45. This is not explained as a possibility beforehand. The company said I had to choose one of those times before tickets ran out (before 08:30 or after 16:00) and that tickets were dependent on availability at the mines. I was assured a full refund by Tripadvisor, and have booked directly with the salt mines via their website for an English tour at 12:00 - and for £100 less. I do not recommend this company.
Special place. You descend into the salt mines which is a special experience. Large halls have sprung up everywhere, some furnished as churches. Really special experience
The whole experience was really good. The tour guide was very informative and also had humour. The views were stunning, especially the church area. Well worth a visit.
This is a scam!!!! From the title itself it says skip the line entrance ticket! There was no queue from the main ticket office if you buy on the same day of visit. Bought tickets online via tripadvisor to save more money but the GR8WAY company charged us with double the price! Not only that, we end up queuing in the cold for the English Tour! The instructions from the email booking confirmation were very confusing. Instructions was to get the voucher from the redemption area which is 18mins away by car from the actual place to visit. Thank God after several calls and txt to GR&WAY, they sent the voucher through txt and we didn't drive to the redemption office to get the tickets. IN SHORT IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO VISIT SALT MINE BUT PLEASE DON'T USE GR8WAY COMPANY! It's better to buy tickets from the main entrance it’s a lot cheaper!
Artem did a great job getting us to and from the salt mine. We had a tour guide and we're able to get tickets to get into the salt mine without waiting in the long line. It was a great experience. Thanks!
Impressive underground walk. Very special. Our driver (Peter) was neat on time, spoke good English with clear directions. Have a nice comfortable ride.
Excellytrip with prompt and courteous transportation to and from the attraction. The Salt Mines were a wonderful place to visit.
The pick up was good, right on time. The driver was very friendly. Journey to the site was smooth and short trip (20 minutes). The tour itself was interesting, our guide was a lady who spoke very clear and she had a good sense of humour, it felt efficient. Moved along quick and informative. The site was amazing ! Glad I went. Had something to eat at the cafe inside the site, it’s reasonable price and tasty. Overalls trip was worth the money.
